I liked the room. There was a good variety for breakfast and the social hour Monday thru Wednesday was great.

I didn't like that house keeping came every 3 days. My son had an accident on the bed one night and I called to have housekeeping switch out the mattress protector and sheets that were effected. I was told housekeeping couldn't clean my room until the 3rd day. I didn't ask for the whole room to be cleaned just didn't want my son to sleep in urine soaked sheets. I ended up taking everything off the bed and taking it to the laundry room and washing it.

The room was clean and slightly spacious The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and remained that way throughout the whole time. Breakfast was tasty Milan was extremely nice each time.

The floor was sticky even though I saw it get mopped. There was a woman practically in her underwear getting breakfast. I'm not sure anything could be done about that but it's only those

This was a fantastic place. It had an awesome little kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. Loved the great breakfasts. Different selections every morning. They also had food on certain evenings, although we didn't have a chance to try it. It was a great location for us to get to DC. Metro station was only about 12 minutes away.

The bed was okay, it could have been a little more comfortable.

I liked the service that I received from the front desk clerk when I entered the building. This young lady was very professional and friendly the entire time I was talking to her. I even listened to the way she communicated while she was on the phone.

Breakfast was good because it had food and not just breakfast on the go food. I did not care for the chipped bacon or the lack of variety that they had. The staff person was not as friendly during her shift. Food was not that bad. There was a bad odor in the hall once you got off the elevator on the floor we stayed on but I think it was someone who smoked.

The receptionist/ clerk was very helpful and courteous. She went the extra mile to find a room on the first floor due to my knee condition. The staff overall was very friendly. This facility is close to the supermarket & restaurant!! Prefect location....I would not stay anywhere else even if the price was a little lower!! Very comfortable, and you'll not be disappointed!!

Didn't have the opportunity to try their breakfast as I departed every morning before they started serving it.

they could've had an early bird brown bag breakfast like a sausage biscuit, hard boiled eggs, pastry, fruit, and a bottled beverage for those who leave before breakfast starts every morning. That way we feel like we got our money's worth & not missing out on something. There's another hotel that does it along with warm cookies in the evenings. Something like that is the extra touch that makes a quest paying good money feel special.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HONEST.MY WIFE MISPLACED HER PHONE DURING OUR 9 DAYS AT THE HOTEL. THEY KEPT THE PHONE AT THE COUNTER FOR HER. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. VISITORS WHO CAME TO SEE US HAVE A VERY HIGH REGARDS FOR THEIR LOVE, CARING AND ACCOMODATION

I WAS ONLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS NO SPA AT THE HOTEL

It looks like I received another charge after leaving the hotel. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed me that I had already paid in full and there was no balance. And no ice maker in the room.

It was a very nice room. Not much I didn't like. Even though there wasn't an ice machine, the front desk offered to provide me with ice which I thought was accommodating.

We stayed as a college student group touring DC. This was an affordable way for students to stay in groups together, but still have plenty of space. DC is very accessible via a drive to the New Carrollton Metro station and/or driving into the city.

The food was of very poor quality. Breakfast food was okay. Dinner food was just down right disgusting.

There was no guides in the room to operate the TV, the battery in the remote dead. Living room furniture is really showing signs of wear and not comfortable.
