Metro Points Hotel Washington North

The overall look of the hotel is really nice. The room was comfy and the bathroom was very spacious compared to other hotels.

I absolutely hated that there weren’t multiple ports or any working ports for USB cords to charge a cell phone. The TV console USB didn’t work at all! Very inconvenient. Also the bathroom floor had these black stains on the floor that looked like burn marks and behind the TV console on the wall there was splatter all over the wall which was very off putting. Overall nice but needs improvements.

I did not get breakfast or room service. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would use the facilities again!

One thing I would recommend is that they have someone look at the areas around the windows. It look like mold.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The only problems were this. There were no USB inputs anywhere. The year is 2023. Come on guys. Keep up. And the air conditioning fan was so noisy that I could keep it on

The room was cozy. I slept well. I asked for the rooms to be together, they were on separate floors. The girl at the front desk was not very knowledgeable in customer service . She needs a class or 3. No microwave or refrigerator, but the have a safe, iron, and blow dryer. Why?

Had to pay 2 deposits because I booked 2 rooms. Wasn't aware of that. Mold in the shower.

Didn’t have breakfast. Breakfast was not served. Location was perfect. Close to everywhere I needed to go.

Hotel should serve free breakfast or coffee makers in rooms.

Room was a good size and they were able to get our party 2 connecting rooms. Breakfast was good considering the limitations of Covid. The Staff was always friendly. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and freeway exits

It was pretty far from DC, the hallway carpet was worn, saggy and outdated, but rooms were updated. There was a wall unit with a cupboard for belongings, but no drawers which I found odd. Breakfast was good, but the EXACT same all 4 mornings, I would have enjoyed a slight variety. There was no laundry facility.

I like the location and the rooms and lobby look up to date. A nice place for a stay.

The two times I have stayed hear I saw a roach both times. It's off putting I would hate for a roach to get into a bag and hitch a ride with me . Other than that things were good.

Clean room when come in bed neat furniture shining room smell fresh bathroom very clean neat towels nice done staff really. Dress any concern i had that I'm thank them did good for the 2day i stayed very comfortable and safe so thank your staff.

Smell smoking on the. 5th 7th floor need microwave heat food up and. Icebox for medication that requires in icebox ( insulin for diabetes) and ice machine in machines on your floors

HOT shower, comfy bed, plenty of room for one. Short/reasonable walk to nearby grocery & liquor stores, restaurants, and public transportation.

Housekeeping only services rooms on alternating days. No microwave in the room. Shuttle to Metro station, and restaurant not open (both due to Covid)

It's nice and quiet and the staff is friendly.

If they serve breakfast again that will be much better.
