Good Full breakfast we appreciated the fresh apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt, breads, muffins, eggs, sausage (bacon on the 2nd morning) potatoes, Oatmeal, cereal, even nutrigran bars to take for later! Coffee was always hot, coffee bar area was fully stocked and fresh every time. The pool was nice and refreshing temperature. The staff was our favorite! Very personal and professional. All of them made us feel welcome and comfortable because they care for their guests. Clean room, and quiet location away from most of the city.

Other guests upstairs from us had no consideration for other people. They were stomping and jumping around, all hours of the night... until we called the front desk.. the guests upstairs from us didn't like that and just kept making more noise... didn't get mush sleep the first night.. the staff made up for it on the second night! Also, not fond of the sliding doors for the bathroom, and no fan in there for circulation of air..

I got upgraded to a King suite which was very nice of the gentleman. The room was a really good size. Their breakfast is included and was pretty good. My room included a fridge, bar sink, and microwave. The property is located around a lot of stores and shops and is about 5 minutes from the Blue/ Silver line metro if you're looking to get into the District.

The room had an interesting smell and there was a stain on the couch, looked like a dog had peed on it previously. I just didn't use the couch.

The breakfast was awesome, as usual. I loved the location. Close to Wegmans and shopping. Not far from Metro.

We had 2 rooms. In both rooms, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the hide-a-bed. If we put out the trash and dirty towels, there weren't any left to replace what we had put out. It seems like we were having to go to the desk at least once a day for this. There is a $250.00 convenience fee that we were not told about when we reserved the room a month earlier.

Breakfast was better than expected. Room & bathroom very clean. Beds quite comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. We were on the highway side and the road noise was barely noticeable.

Pool was highly chlorinated, enough to make your eyes water. We were unable to use our key pass to open the “back door” by the elevators, in spite of the sign there indicating that you could use your keycard. When there were no seats in the breakfast area, would have appreciated a tray to take b’fast up to room.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Breakfast was great. Kitchen worker had great customer service.

Front desk staff were rude. Absolutely no friendly customer service what so ever! They should practice smiling when greeting or checking guest out. Starring with a flat face and being nonverbal when dealing with customers says you are in the wrong profession. The lady preparing breakfast in am. was a sweet,helpful, nice person.

Honestly as soon as we stepped through the door it was a great experience. The woman at the front desk was super welcoming and got us checked right in, even a little earlier than we expected. The room was awesome. And the pool was great after a long drive! We came from New Hampshire to see the commanders game and the location was perfect. Only about 9 mins from the field and there were shops all around us. We will definitely be booking this hotel anytime we travel down there! All the staff were super friendly as well!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

Javon front desk agent was wonderful upon our arriva he made us feel right at home Breakfast area was very clean selection was good there was no meat choices when we dined but heard there was later on in morning. Hotel is very clean. Room was good, beds okay just surprised mattress are not in covered case's. Water pressure in shower sucks though ( my only complaint) pool was nice and warm. Location of hotel is great and walking distance to eateries and shopping

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and accomodating to our needs. We were centrally located around our friends and family. Everyone was very nice and accomodating.

The noise from the A/C/heating unit. A little too loud even on the lowest fan level.

Room was clean and comfortable and up to date. Loved that the ac/heat was not right next to the bed. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good (eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, etc.) and the eating area was clean the the food kept well stocked.

No bathroom fan and the door to the closet was used for both the closet and the bathroom. Found that a little strange. Toilet paper holder is almost out of reach while on the toilet. Had two holders and both fell to the floor when paper was pulled. Just ended up putting paper on the counter.

The stafe were very nice and helpful epsally the manger who helped us when we first checked in Eric he was a delight. Everything was clean and the pool was great. Fresh towels in our hoptel room evertime we come back from another fun fulfilled day. Couldn't have ask for a better location to stay at would deffently recommend to anyone who was looking for a nice vacation with eairher there familys or significant others.
