All the staff were great! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My family and Ioved the fire pit and the room was very nice!

The breakfast option wasn't good..I feel that they should they didnt have too many options for people with food allergies.. the only meat thay had was pork and everyone doesn't eat pork. The other thing was the room that I oaid for was fir 6 people, but the towels and wash clothes were not available for 6. The linen on the beds were not properly clean.

The staff were so friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed the Happy Hours Mon-Wed because I didn't have to come home from work and cook if I didn't want to. I loved the fact that people could bring their fur babies and I didn't have to worry about sending my baby to a kennel.

Most of the time only 1 elevator worked during our stay. They only had 1 large cart available to transport your luggage. Too many small children playing on the stairwell, but I know that was not the fault of the hotel but the parents.

Additional info could have been provided either at check or in room. No instructions were give about key access (i.e. how to use to get in building or use for lights in room). Info about vending or what available is not provided in room or at checkin. Might be self explanatory or could figure out but having info available would prevent the need to search for it. Also could use another or larger trash can in room.

Location to stadium, cleanliness, happy hour and breakfast, nice large rooms

First: There should be a 2nd bathroom out near living room area so guests don’t have to go thru the bedroom to go to the bathroom. Second: I’m shocked to learn there are no security cameras outside. Unfortunately my cousins car was vandalized. Third: Kitchen supplies were not properly stocked…no salt, only pepper, no wine-bottle opener, no dish liquid to wash dishes

The property was nice and clean for the most part, and in a good location.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels and when I received them they were damp. I was given a bag full of damp towels. I also didn’t like that the pool area had no towels. When I pulled the cover back on the bed, their was hair. I didn’t like that breakfast was over at 9am. At least have breakfast until 10am.

The staff were exceptional. They provided awesome customer service. Staff came to assist me trouble shooting on the top stove. Kemor was very kind and helpful. He offered best place to eat. He was very professional.

The room was small for a suite and the cost The pool was closed for maintenance during the day. The fee for damages was quite high.

Free breakfast and happy hour. Very nice staff.

No housekeeping unless you asked. (Which is fine but we ran out of towels and TP) Had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. (Other suites have bathrooms across from the kitchen) No tub, just a shower.

Clean hotel. Good fitness and breakfast. Plenty of parking space. Close to supermarket but you need a car. Location is a bit far from DC. Laundry service is free.

Great location with easy on/off highway access. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities were great.

Pool was closed for a few of the days we were there, which was a bummer.

I loved the location, I went for a concert to see The Weeknd, and the hotel was in a perfect spot. The room was very clean and everything fit right into place. The breakfast had a variety of options and the ladies in the cafeteria were very nice.

There’s nothing I did not like, the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to go back again.
