I'm very big on customer service. Both the greeting concierge and my checkout concierge was very pleasant An older man and a young Hispanic girl. Very nice... We stayed in a pet friendly room it was clean. Didn't even smell like there was a pet in there before. Shower was nice and hot ... Bathroom clean too .. a little dated in some parts but a nice room to lay out in.. cleaning staff is excellent and very friendly when they see you. They look like they like coming to work and it was Christmas. Eve hats off to the cleaning staff and the concierge... Really happy about the mini fridge. Kept my stuff cold and the microwave ..Won't mind staying there again if I go back to VA

Like I said it was a little dated. You could tell it's an older hotel. Some things could have been changed in the room. To be a little upgraded.. but it was very minimal. The whole hotel smell very good. They're definitely doing their job. Definitely not a deal breaker would stay there again if I need to in that part of VA

Staff was excellent. Before I saw the "no housekeeping except on request" (based on our visits to local restaurants, help is very hard to come by in Prince George's County) notice on the bathroom mirror, my wife mentioned there were only two towels (we were a party of three). I called the front desk who could well have said "come down." They didn't. They sent someone up with extra towels, coffee cups and coffee. Much appreciated. The bar was well done. The bistro was more of a cafe, decent light fare. Lightly staffed but our waiter was excellent. Whole milk by the coffee would be a plus. They had a nice list of local dining spots at the front desk. Excellent access to highways. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it

the pool. the fact that i needed to make reservations to swim and the pool not cleaned between sessions. Why have a reservation? We all swam in the same water and used the same furniture to sit on. also, during our swim several youth were playing football in the pool and we were unable to utilize the entire area. Us and other family had to stay in one area to avoid being hit by the football or being hit by one of the boys. Went to the desk, staff came in and addressed the problem, but still didnt stop. Football was then intentionally thrown at us and we left before our time was up. Pool gets a rating of 1 from me.

The general manager was awesome. She learned my name, greeted me every morning and made sure we were alright. She was very helpful when I had a concern.

I didn't like the breakfast served. I paid $17 per person per day with my registration, but if I had waited it would have been $12 per day. So, I feel like I overpaid for a bad breakfast that didn't serve decaffeinated coffee, had everything with peppers, which I can't eat. I also got stuck in the elevator. There was a dog on our floor, barking forever and a day!

They accommodate pets. They couldn't find my reservation through booking. Karen was WONDERFUL. After calling booking.com, we found the mistake was booking not the the hotel. It was close to FedEx. We took the rideshare bus. That is a must if you go to the game.

They take no cash at all and we couldn't get in our room at check-in time. We had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. Several had to wait.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The food was fresh and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel could use some remodeling. The room appears to not have anything done to it, since the hotel opened. An update to the refrigerator and the microwave would be a great improvement.

I liked the convenience of location to local family.

We experienced a power outage, and the staff was very unpleasant and stated we would not receive credit for our inconvenience!!! We had to get dressed in the dark! I want a refund and credit for time!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! We have 5 kids (Teenagers) & 2 DOGS!So we decided to start coming to get a hotel room for a few days to have some alone TIME. We truly enjoyed ourselves & this might be our go to Staycation/Baecation Spot. We live In District Heights MD so It's very Convenient! Again the Rooms,Staff,Breakfast just the over all hotel was fantastic!

We didn't have a Issue with anything.

The room was excellent.. we had to have another refrigerator installed & we called the front desk & the repair man was there in minutes to switch out the broken with a new one.. then we needed extra towels I called the front desk & they were delivered asap...

The cost of food & drinks in the vending areas at the hotel. The pool wasn't open as only in hour blocks & the weight room closed early.

the staff at the front especially takia she was awesome and the older guy who worked this morning.

there were no extra towels and wash clothes for us. they said they didn’t have any.
