Everything was awesome! The room was clean, modern with high ceilings. The beds were sooooo comfortable! The indoor pool was a little small but perfect for the kids to play in. The free breakfast was also delicious! My family loved the automatic fresh pancake maker. They also had delicious warm cinnamon buns, eggs, biscuits and gravy.

The room was a little pricey for the area, we ended up paying $150 for 1 night with 2 adults and 2 kids. Its really not that bad, and obviously you get what you pay for. There also could have been more cable channels, they had less than 50, but the TV was huge and great. Very few dislikes.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was nice and the king bed was comfortable.

I'd booked 2 queen beds and was given 1 king. The staff was very understanding when I told them I needed 2 beds. They were booked up and only had a king suite with a pull out couch to accommodate our 2 bed need. Although it did give us the 2 beds we needed, the couch bed was horribly uncomfortable. We were only there for 1 night, so it was tolerable, but we definitely would not have stayed a second night with it. Secondly, there was an exhaust type fan blowing from the main bedroom into the living room area that was very noisy. There was no way to turn it off when we went to bed.

It was very clean and up to date. Some employees really stood out to me! Chase was awesome! He’s a very hard worker. He was all over the place doing many things. He was friendly and very helpful. I also want to recognize Constant (I hope that her name) She was also very friendly and helpful. The kitchen/custodians were hard workers as well. I honestly wish I had a reason to come back.

I really don’t want to complain because I enjoyed my stay, but I was hoping for a few more breakfast items nothing crazy but oatmeal would have been great. Just those Quaker cups that you had hot water to would have been fine.

Impressed with the upgraded rooms. The shower pressure was everyone’s favorite. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. We booked this because of an event at the FedEx stadium. They didn’t have shuttles to and from event however they did offer a third party service. Overall great stay and would stay again. Staff was friendly but busy because of the event so sometimes hard to find someone at the front desk but they were very helpful and attentive when you see them!

I should've gotten his name but the breakfast attendant on duty was excellent !! He paid attention to detail and was extremely overworked but you would never tell it by his mannerism and professionalism. Also very polite! Entire staff was great! Housekeeping was friendly and helpful also!

I think there should be 2 meal attendants on duty on the weekends. There was a lot for one person to keep up with and some of the patrons were very messy , especially ones with kids. It is a great task to keep up with all of these needs alone. Please fix the hot tub.

The bed was very comfortable! There is plenty of countertop in the bathroom. I find it helpful that the bathroom sink/countertop are separated from the shower room. Also when we entered the room there was a small table and chairs, as well as a sofa and coffee table facing a 2nd TV.

The room for sleeping was a little tight, the wardrobe closets took up some space.

Cleanliness and comfort.

Location was further back than the other hotels so it caught our uber drivers off guard a bit. Drinks we purchased at the little store there were flat like they had sat there a while. Greeting staff when we arrived was kind of short and seemed a bit agitated.

The breakfast was fresh and hot everyday, I loved the location of the hotel. Never had a chance to use the pool, but I still think it was nice to have that was one of the features. The beds were comfy and we close to everything we needed to be near.

That I couldn't get back into my room with both access cards and my stay wasn't even over until two days later. Other than that my stay was wonderful

The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very nice! The hotel was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay!

The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't have the TV channels that I needed to watch the NBA playoffs! I missed my game!☹️

while it was going through some construction it was still convenient to stay at. wasn’t too happy with a large bus of people that came after midnight and were slamming doors and bring obnoxious and loud outside my room until 3 am. made for a sleepless night.
