Very easy to register. They had my reservation, had the parking voucher already completed and took less than 5 minutes to get my room key. Great!

I wasn't aware that I needed to put my room key in the slot to bring electric to the room, so at first I thought there was a problem with the electric. There was a towel rack thrown under the sink cabinet. The water in the shower did not go down quickly - I thought it was going to overflow but the water did go down once the water was turned off.

Very nice inside & out. The fire pit / outdoor sitting area and pool is a plus although we didn’t use them. They had some complementary foods from like 5pm - 6pm when we checked in. That was nice

The room was perfect, Very clean but the shower had a egg type smell. I HATE that the incidental temporary charge is 200 dollars. That’s a bit much. I know a hotel that offers the same everything but charges 20-50 for incidentals.

the cleaning lady knocked on the door (basically tapped her nails on the door like we could hear her) at 9am and opened the door woke my family up then ran out. then came back knocking on the door at 11am pointing to her watch and not saying anything (she didn’t speak English) ! check out is at 12pm.. I had to complain to the front desk… people were running above us at 3am… the remote control had some type of delay

Excellent choices and variation. I was impressed of the arrangement and freshness of the choices. area for eating well designed and spacious. Definitely will stay there again given the effort of the staff.

nothing! you really have a top notch welcoming staff and building. I stayed somewhere else in the past and was happy that you were found so I could visit my friends and be in comfort.

Everything was GREAT! We were comfortably accommodated and very pleased with our stay. All the options that are offered for further comfort and relaxation. We sat out at the fire pit and talked for hours with other guests. The staff was Phenomenal and my wife and I have never experienced such attention and care that we received. Our nieces enjoyed their room and our 4 legged Son enjoyed himself as well. We hope to stay again when we return in August. Thanks For Everything!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were good choices for breakfast. The agent who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She saw I had four 10 yr old boys with me, and she made sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions.

When I checked out, I forgot my pillow I traveled with in the room. I called the hotel to see if they had it, and the lady was rude to me. My husband went back and got it for me.

Location. Quick access to metro. Breakfast every morning. Close to several restaurants, grocery shopping and gas stations. Housekeeping every 3 days.

Housekeeping every 3 days didn't include changing sheets or refilling supplies. No oven. Overall though, not that big a deal.

We arrived 2 hrs early. I knew that the chances of checking in early was slim with the entire hotel booked but when I went and asked the lady at the front desk was not only very polite vut was as well very accomadating and after a few min was able to get us a room. Saved us from having to just hang out around the nearby shopping center to just wait.

The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. They provided all the basic necessities from stocking marvelous soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, to dishes and silverware. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby. It's safe to say I will be staying here again the next time I'm in DC. On a side Note, You are still able to get in and out of the building and your room if the power goes out due to severe weather.

The traffic in the area is a bit much, but it's Washington DC. Be prepared for delays and plan accordingly. In the event of a power outage in the area due to severe weather, the whole area is pitch black and impossible to navigate at night.

Love it. Very quiet and relaxing. Love the amenities. Feels like home!

I love everything about it whenever I want to just get away and take a break from my everyday but not go too far, this is my go to spot. The perfect solo staycation!!
