Breakfast changes so you didn't get tired of same old same old. Room cleaned daily. Location for my needs.

Other guests smoking blunts at doorway. I don't do this and don't care if you do but I don't want to smell it. Also my fiance is a CDL holder who could lose his job with a positive result and however unlikely he would test positive its a worry. Other guests making calls and being on speaker loudly talking and cursing as well as whoever they had on speaker. I don't need to hear all that. Enforce restrictions to smoke at entryway and make callers go outside or use earphones. Dirty fingerprints all over wall behind bathroom door should be cleaned off.

I like the fact that I was able to get the room that I requested my check-in was easy.

I didn't like the fact I was having company at a certain time and the front doors were locked. Although I called and spoke to the guest service that was on duty and I was telling them who the person was what they had on, I still had to come out of my room and let the person in. I was able to speak to management (K) the next day, and they did explain why that happened. I just think that if I'm on the phone describing the person whether it's male or female that they should be able to come in and I don't have to leave my room to let them in.

This was a great hotel! The room was really clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The location was really good. Good distance to both DC and Annapolis. Really appreciated that the room we were given was far away from others. Was really quiet at night.

A few small things. The side door did not open with our room key, so we had to walk around the building. There were many guests who broke the "no smoking" rule. Our floor and room at times wreaked with interesting smoke smells. Our eyes were watery at times walking through the halls, in the stairwell, and coming in the front door.

The size of the room exceeded our expectations, as did the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotels common areas and room. We have stayed at a number of different hotels near military bases, and most of them have not turned out so well... this one could not have been a better match for us. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would ask.

Property was easy to get to and from the DC area but away from all the activity. The area does have a lot of soon to be open retail and food options in a lifestyle sections just down the road.

The pillows were very basic and standard for a king size bed, flat and simple. also the parking lot lot was positioned so that it shined directly into our room preventing it for ever being dark in there.

The place was conveniently located near Washington DC, 15 minutes drive. The hotel provides shuttle service, which we didn't get to use as we were travelling with our own car. The room was clean and adequate. The staff was nice and helpful too. Couple of things that could use a bit of an upgrade: Checkin process was very time consuming due to questionnaires etc. which can be easily reduced by doing this online. Breakfast was below average, can't be termed in the category of "Very Good breakfast" as termed on booking.com

The location was convenient and easy to get to. clean, comfy, large room, control your own thermostat, Wish I would have tried the complimentary breakfast!! it smelled delicious.

Clearly they have had issues with folks smoking many things in their rooms so they have signs and even have you sign an acknowledgment you will not be smoking in their rooms. Tub was super odd and creaky. Overall a tad dated and weird smelling.

We liked that we were relatively close to a metro stop and that there was shuttle service. The front desk and other workers were very nice and helpful. The king room was also spacious and clean.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable and while it was nice and convenient that there was breakfast offered each morning, it wasn’t the best and made my fiancé’s stomach hurt

I enjoyed the afternoon tea offerings, the breakfast was standard (eggs / omelets, potatoes, or french toast, sausage or bacon) as well as usual continental breakfast options. They have a waffle machine which is great! The room was clean and got tidied up every day while we were out. The owner/manager went above and beyond, helping us trying to locate lost items and even mailing back a jacket that got left behind. It is small gestures like this that make a stay memorable and remind us of our own humanity. I will be choosing this space if visiting DC in the future!

We were under the impression that breakfast was until 10am, but got downstairs at 9:30am and often found things getting cleaned up. But that was minor and we were still able to have food to start our day!

I love that it was only 15 minutes from the FedEx Stadium. Lots of stores and gas stations nearby. Fresh baked cookies daily! Great staff!

The only thing that I didn't like is that it was 3 of us in a room and they only had 2 washcloths. Just a suggestion that according to how many people are in a room, have the right amount of items.
