I liked em the curtsy of staff,Beds were comfortable shower was good breakfast was awesome rooms nice and clean,Front desk answered any questions that we had directed us to where we needed to go with no problem my second time there will stay again..

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly, I even saw the manager helping out. The side doors are secured, you need a key card for access which makes me feel safe. They serve hot and cold food for breakfast. Lastly, I enjoyed the pool. This was a great location to spend my birthday !

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good with different variety. I would definitely stay again.

There were no restaurants nearby in walking distance besides the fast food chipotle. Other than that, front desk provided menus when callled downstairs.

The breakfast was good. Missing some vegetarian options though and we were pretty saddened by the waste and none recycling options Good location, clean, comfortable

We all need to push our concern for the planet by trying to recycle more and waste less. We would have loved to check out 1h later as we checked in very late and were tired but the staffs didn't offer flexibility on that matter

😗 There was an issue with my reservation, but do to the wonderful, exceptional ,well experienced staff name Ruby ,it was taken care of within minutes she went over and beyond to make sure we were stress free, hassle free, just pure professionalism job well done Ruby.🥰

The breakfast had a great variety for the entire family. The fitness center was wonderful and very clean. The location was great. The complimentary shuttle made getting into the city very easy. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We were in a queen suite which was perfect for a family of four (two adults and two pre-teens). The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location to DC was perfect for us. It was easy to get on the expressway to either go into the city or to travel to the surrounding area (such as the Air and Space Museum in Virginia). They have guest laundry. While we normally don't need this perk, we got caught in the rain on one day in DC. Having clothes soaking wet on our return to hotel, it was great to be able to wash/dry them instead of having to deal with traveling with wet clothes. Hotel policy similar to others during COVID that housecleaning services were suspended for first 3 days of your stay. However, at this hotel, some of the staff "ignored" this policy and cleaned daily. This was a nice surprise for us after visits to other hotels that failed to clean even after our request. Note that this is a choice made by staff so some may and others may not. Parking is on the premises and is free.

The "free" breakfast was disappointing. They are prepackaged in a box so you do not know what you are getting. Unfortunately, the main item one day was a hardboiled egg and we have a child with an egg allergy. All facilities (such as dining room, fitness room, etc) were closed still due to COVID.

the room was nice, it was clean, and they provided free toiletries. the hotel overall was very clean and the breakfast was very good!

the only downside is that I specifically paid for this hotel because they had an indoor pool that was actually open, however the heat was broken so we couldn’t use it anyway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle that took us to the Metro station and picked us up when we returned. Everyone was so helpful. Our room was roomy and clean. Breakfast was good. Very satisfied with our stay and will definately stay here again.

The staff was extremely nice. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping was very helpful and kind with touching up our room throughout our stay. We also liked this location because it was literally no more than ten minutes always from everything such as the casino, shopping outlet, bars, amazing restaurants and the National Harbor.
