After four days of driving across the country, the Found Hotel Boston staff, or one of them, greeted me with welcoming warmth. I enjoyed the conversation I had with the receptionist the night before Anime Boston. So, it helped to have someone around my age attending the hotel. The shared co-ed dorm room included a nice bed and a clean bathroom with fresh towels daily. I definitely needed such a cozy place to sleep in which made up for the amount of times I slept in my car. With its location near Boston Common, the hotel was affordable and convenient for solo travelers. Will be looking at this place first when I visit the east coast again.
I would have liked clarity on where I could park my car. Although not many people would cross country in a vehicle, it was a wallet saver when the receptionist gave me a barcode to be able to exit the parking garage across the street without spending a fortune. Despite the fact that I had to leave my vehicle in the garage for the duration of the stay, Boston was a walkable city, so a car wasn't a necessity.

The room while not huge it is pretty specious. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and have us good suggestions and a friendly welcome. Our room was also ready earlier eventhough we had not let them know we will be arriving earlier. The free coffee and water bottles make for an excellent touch.
Nothing really. I was impressed of how everything exceed my expectations. This is not your five star hotel and having this in mind there is not much to ask for. There was some construction happening to the building next door but it was not a real issue.

I knew from the hotel description that the rooms (my room) would be small. I also knew that the hotels in Boston are expensive. If I wanted to pay less, I would have had to stay by the airport or farther away from the heart of the city. This was the least expensive centrally located hotel when I booked 8 weeks ahead of time. Hotel and the room size reminded me of the hotels in Paris--small. But the bathroom was modern/clean and a good size. Even the lobby is small but the staff--Kendall, Ashley, and Peter were Big of Heart. Very well located to the places that mattered to me.
I would have liked that the mattress was firmer.

When I first read the reviews online, I was apprehensive about what to expect when I arrived at the hotel. Some described the experience highly negatively, others were delighted. My budget for coming to Boston was limited, so I was looking for a hotel on the lower end of the price range, but well located and clean. I have to say I don't understand the negative comments. The rooms were just like the pictures, clean and modern. The hotel is cute. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. What can I say about the location? It was ideal. You can walk everywhere. I loved my stay. If the negative reviews make you doubt, ignore them.
The hotel being built in an old building, the insulation is not the best. If like me you are looking for a place to sleep after a long day of walking around the city and you don't intend to spend much time in your room, this hotel does more than the job.

great- I am travelling on my own and they had super creative, cute, small singles with a twin bed. I appreciate this let them keep the price more reasonable for a single person and it is all I needed- very clean, comfortable and convenient.

For a hostel, this place is amazing!! Nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. I was in a room of 4 and the beds were solid wood with a really comfortable mattress, a privacy curtain and an ensuite bathroom. Towels etc were provided and there is a secure locker for each guest. There was a tea/coffee machine in the lobby to provide guests with free drinks. One of the receptionists, Kendall, is one of the nicest people I've ever met and really made people feel welcome. She would go out of her way to make people feel so comfortable and learned some words in so many languages to greet guests from all over. It was always a great way to end the day when she was on a late shift welcoming you back! As a solo traveller, this place was definitely the best and cheapest option to stay in Boston for 7+ nights!
I stayed here twice during my travels and the first time, the first receptionist I met didn't tell me about a lot of the facilities available to us that I was told about on my second stay.

Definitely one of the best dormitories I've stayed in, very clean and comfortable, and the beds were sturdy and gave you the necessary privacy. This is a hotel with a dorm option, not a hostel, and it definitely shows in the quality. Staff were great and really friendly. Pretty safe neighbourhood, and spacious lockers in the room that worked with a code. Would happily stay here again.
The a/c in the room was a bit too effective, had to ask for a second blanket because I was quite cold. Also the room was pretty dark even in the middle of the day because the windows were to the courtyard, and there was no overhead light in the sleeping area, just the bedside lamps for each bed. Had to use a flashlight to find things in my locker. Beds were also illogically numbered and I gave a good scare to my bunkmate the first night thinking numbering would start on the top and not the bottom as the letters were difficult to see in the dark.

The hotel is perfectly located not far from the airport and public transport. Close to Boston Common and Chinatown and easy to get to all the main tourist attractions. The staff are fantastic couldn't believe how friendly and helpful they are. We got to see some amazing places I would never have known about and advice on the best places to eat and drink. The rooms were small but clean comfortable and well equipped. A coffee machine and water provided in the lobby they also give you lists of restaurants and loads of local knowledge and tips. The perfect place for a fun stay in Boston we were so happy with the service we would definitely go back
In all honesty nothing

Liked everything about Found, especially after comparing it with the hostel across the street that I stayed for the last night of my trip, cuz the rate at Found was high on the weekend. Loved the free water, loved the curtained-wooded-bunk bed (good privacy, and less disturbance), loved the locker and the amount of towels. Very nice front desk, and I believe was the owner who did my check in was very helpful and welcoming. I remember he said, the number 1 and only rule is to treat others how you want to be treated. That so little but so much. Made a new friend here as well it was the cherry on top of the cake. I really don’t understand why didn’t Found show up on the list when I first looked up for options to book about a month ahead, if I saw Found, I wouldn’t even think about HI :( I love Found and will definitely be back again if I ever again visit Boston.

Quiet place. Surprisingly cheap accommodation in a 4-bed mixed dormitory given the proximity to Boston's historical places. There is an elevator, as well as a washing machine and dryer to wash one's clothes. Tea and coffee are provided at the reception for free. Very welcome and polite staff, willing to address one's questions and to advise on what to visit and how to get there. Clean room, towels are changed every day, air conditioning and dehumidifier working properly. Washing liquids, shampoo, bodywash are provided in the restroom. Comfy soft beds are equipped with local light and power sockets, as well as a curtain.
Minor point: the top bed of the bunk bed is pretty high, and is not equipped with a barrier that could prevent falling down asleep. The ladder may require some dexterity to get on from the top which may appear a bit uneasy for not-so-young travellers.
