Revere Hotel was clean! Love that our room had a bathtub! Water was good and hot, water pressure on 20th floor was decent. Staff was always ready to serve us and answer questions, give restaurant recs etc with a smile. Sean and Audrey were our favorites! Hotel is easy walking distance to most tourist things (Freedom Trail, North End, Boston Commons, Public Garden, Tea Party Museum etc). We were on 20th floor and on weekend dates, it got a bit noisy from downtown party traffic and fire/police sirens echoing, rest of time was fine. Blackout curtains do good job blocking the light. Our bed was very, very comfortable and the pillows were fab! The roof top bar requires reservations as a heads up-can't walk in. Also, due to covid we had no housekeeping service for the 5nts there, which was fine..we just had to ask at front desk to get in room coffee pods/creamer packs resupplied-we like that we got real creamer pods, not the powder packs. We had a fridge and microwave delivered to room first day on request, which was helpful with leftovers. Common areas were clean. Staff wears masks and most (90%) hotel guests had masks on in elevators or common areas. For convenience, there is a CVS Pharmacy kitty-corner to the hotel. Would definitely stay again!
No room service (even no contact door dropoff) due to covid. Got a bit noisy, even on 20th floor, on Fri/Sat nights from party downtown traffic and police/fire/ambulance sirens echo chambering up the tall buildings-could hear it even though slider door and curtains closed. Weekdays were quieter. No seating on the balcony- a small bistro chair/table would be appreciated. Balcony is solid concrete so no view unless standing and A/C unit takes up 1/3 of the balcony footprint area. Minor things-no real issues.

The hotel was able to accommodate our large family with adjoining rooms which was perfect. I did, however, pay for an upgrade to a harbor view room which we did not get. :(
The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (I brought a glass of wine to our room on Saturday and it was still there on Tuesday when we checked out. Also, the rooms were cleaned much too late in the day. One day we came back at around 5:00 pm and then were in the room cleaning so we all had to wait in one of the adjoining rooms. Not horrible, but also not appreciated after a long afternoon of sightseeing.

Great location for walking downtown Boston area lots of restaurants and shops. Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were accommodating. Nice Lounge on the first floor and also on the 6th floor. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic but a little pricey. Parking garage next door. Housekeeping came daily which I hadn't seen much since covid-19. Bellhop was excellent. Great views of the city from the balcony in our room.
Parking was $42 a night quite expensive. Room carpeting needed replaced. Shower in bathroom had surges in water pressure and sometimes would completely shut off. Great views of the city from the balcony but there were no chairs.

good location, nice bedding, big rooms
very weird picture with the dead horse in the room. this picture is fine for lobby, I understand that it has historical association and some aesthetic value, but for bedroom it was weird. also conditioner location was right under this picture, and even turned off, it makes a lot of noise during the night. my friend stayed in another room, and she had the same experience as me - dead horse and click - clack noise from the conditioner right under it. room was clean in general, but it was a long black hair on the white bathroom wall

Standard rooms (2 queen beds) were 30m2, so a really good size (especially if you're British!) Beds were comfortable. We were offered a fridge and microwave, and a fridge was delivered to our room very quickly. The A/C was very effective, and the wifi was fine for my purposes - the free wifi seemed to be limited to 10mbps which was more than I needed. Fitness centre had everything you need, I used it every day.
Each room has a balcony, but I wouldn't recommend using these, they are pretty grim and have no furniture. Better to ignore them. The rooftop bar was nice, but was full on a Saturday night and had no space available, so there was nowhere to have a drink. Also, the majority of seats were high stools, so it was uncomfortable for me, and not at all suitable for my wife who has back pain.

Have stayed here several times. Always love the aromatic smell walking into the Revere. It's clean and the shower pressure is great. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious enough to be able to move around. Love the roof-top bar. Loved the water and morning coffee in the lobby - although popular enough that they often needed replenished when we were walking through. The location works well for us as it's close to many of the things we want to see and do while visiting family in Boston.
Would normally avoid dog friendly because of allergies and was a bit concerned; but this didn't turn out to be too bad as I was only in the lift with a dog on a couple of occasions. Was hard to get hold of reception by phone.

Beautiful hotel with quirky decor! Beds were comfy and it was great to access to shower supplies like quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff was so kind and friendly. Our daughter was truly spoiled by each team member we crossed. Dinner was delicious at Rebel Guild and staff there was wonderfully thoughtful as well.
There’s very little about the property that we didn’t like. Only draw back was the cost to dine at the restaurant for our 4 year old daughter. They do have a kids menu but the options were not necessarily kid’s friendly and $16 for a burger felt a bit excessive.

The property was very clean and had beautiful decor in the main lobby. We stayed on the 23rd floor and had an unbelievable view of the city skyline. great location as well for going out and walking to the subway, or anywhere downtown.
For the price of the hotel, we had no room service after 10 pm. Most of the staff were nice enough, but there were a couple that were unapproachable. The restaurant attached to the hotel - wasn’t a huge fan of the eggs (no seasoning) or the value of the “buffet” Also, tried to order a beer on the morning to curb a hangover, and they told me “we don’t normally serve beer in the morning, but I can get you a mimosa.” this was said while standing in front of a full bar. For what the hotel is, I just didn’t feel like the CUSTOMER service was where it needed to be.

The room was spacious, and we loved the design - really throughout the hotel, everything was a clever and modern nod to Paul Revere. The beds were comfortable and the front desk was well maintained, so you definitely felt a sense of security. The staff were generally warm, helpful, and very professional. Also the layout of the room was pretty genius - and the balcony was a nice feature!
You could see some old stains throughout the carpet, and the bathroom tub looked like it was in need of a deep clean/bleach. Also, I have to say that the price was very high. I understand that this is Boston, but coming from another major city, I was a little bowled over with sticker shock - especially compared to value, this hotel is lovely but it is not luxury-rate lovely. Also, we noticed that housekeeping skipped our room, though we were told cleaning was a daily feature.

Very good location close to Boston common and the park with the swan boats. The rooftop bar was very cool for our last night there. We did contact the hotel in advance and requested a mini fridge in the room. Not sure if all rooms have them or not.
As with everything since Covid, they have some changes such as no daily room cleaning. After the second day we called to get more towels and trash removal. There was a pile of dishes in the corner of our hallway ( not our dishes) that was there for over 24 hours. Maybe they are extremely short staffed, but dirty dishes in the hallway for that long with the nightly rate we were being charged was unacceptable.
