Very clean, comfortable and excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. Staff amazing , especially Cory at the Front Desk. Great lobby lounge! Door staff also terrific. Polite and helpful. Loved the daily breakfast at The Gallery. Fantastic service and great food.

Wish this property had a spa. Also, The New Year’s Eve party , organized by a third party and held at The Gallery was not good. Many reasons but since this wasn’t organized by the hotel, I won’t list them. Next year, we would recommend the event organized by the W in their lobby bar. A LOT more fun, classy , etc. We ended our evening there and wished we wouldn’t have spent the money on the private event. not at all as advertised and not worth the money.

Staff very helpful and efficient. The rooms and bathroom are a very good size. We had all the help we needed including loan umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again. Being a Marriott member also gave us extra benefits.

It was a fairly long walk downtown - about 20 mins. We did know that when we booked and like to walk so it didn’t bother us but it may deter others.

Nothing, but a price list for mini bar and Sundry items in the room would be nice. A tv that actually allows you to cast. In this day and age which property is unable offer full speed internet and Wi-Fi complimentary, well The W Boston. The Condition applies should be more visible and clearer as well.

I didn’t understand why for the amount of money it costs to stay at your hotel, that the snacks in the room weren’t complimentary. I understand charging for the alcohol and drinks in the mini fridge, but to charge for the snacks in pretty dumb.

The W Boston offers the most unique night time lobby experience, with DJ music offered quite often. Went on the Thursday night, found a great table, sat, drank, had good food, and even danced. The hotel lobby at night pulls in people from the city, so quite energetic. The hotel itself is spotless and great rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very highly recommended!

68.00 valet/ parking nightly cost is a lot, but welcome to Boston. Great service however.

No laundry service, although there's a laundromat in walking distance. No free wi-fi, borrowing things will come at a cost.

was expensive. during most of our stay there was one elevator working to service 15 floors with hotel at times near full occupancy. may seem minor inconvenience but queuing every time to get up and down to our room was frustrating.

Fantastic location! I was here for the Boston Marathon and it truly was a wonderful experience. The staff were really lovely and treated me like royalty. The house keeper who cleaned our room was exceptional, she was so friendly and even made sure to check in how I went with my race, so lovely!

It was crazy prices, but hey, Boston marathon is a big event so I can understand they hike the prices up.

I have stayed in many W Hotels, this was not at the same standard. the room looked not well done, shower tile broken had feeling of a topical hotel room rather than special. the breakfast was ordinary.

The hotel was clean & the staff was courteous and attentive. Used the gym and was impressed with the facilities- though small, it was very clean and well maintained with new equipment ( Peloton, etc) The staff made every effort to accommodate us. I realized too late that I had not booked a room that could accommodate an extra bed for the night. At the property, the young lady was able to upgrade my room.

We were given a room on the street side and the first night it was extremely noisy- lots of traffic noise and we’re used to NYC. My son wasn’t able to sleep at all. The next day my husband realized there was something wrong with the window and was able to shut it properly- so not as bad of an issue, So, if you’re looking for a nicer hotel with a decidedly modern feel, I would recommend- just ensure your room faces the opposite side !
