EVERYTHING I experienced was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!And this is why.Reception Desk:First,they made sure I had a early check in,because I told them it was very important.Second,they originally gave me a room(8th floor)with no view and I asked if I could get a room with a view if possible.I received a room with a view,and on the ninth floor.Third,they were very hospitable and helpful with directions.Food/Restaurant:You have a 5 star chef!Her food is insanely great!Servers:Another perfect 10.Elijah and ALL the servers were polite,efficient,and friendly.I can't wait to go back!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING?

We arrived early unannounced and requested early check in (noon vs 3pm) which they happily accommodated, and quickly. We loved the view! And the red line T station right outside the door is super convenient so we could easily avoid the parking fees. I booked through a third party, but my experience was still great, and I was very happy with the value for the price. It was also really nice that we could open the window in our room, the weather was so beautiful and we really liked being able to let the fresh spring air in.

The on-site restaurant's menu wasn't appealing to us, so we didn't try it. We had planned to try at least the bar on the rooftop but didn't make it during our stay. The lobby and elevators got quite busy at some parts of the day, but did not negatively impact our stay. I really don't have anything bad to say.

Rooftop Bar has an amazing view. The room was clean and comfortable especially the shower.

Front desk staff in the morning was rude and wouldn't accommodate our request. We wanted to stay one extra night and he replied that they had no rooms available and fully booked. However when I went online rooms were available. Also wanted a late check out and was told I can only have an extra 30 minutes because they were fully booked. His demeanor could have been more professional and polite.

Had to leave at 4am. No staff in site One person with poor English was roaming around. In very basic street clothes. Was he a worker , a guest , a thief?? A gentle suggestion: we just arrived from Tokyo. That would never happen there Why die he not have any identification indicating he is an employee???? Eg. very simple like a logo t shirt or hat or coat? Dress neat for the job. Don’t look like a slob. TKS. Would appreciate reply on this

The hotel was clean and decently located. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, as well as access to public transit.

The walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbor coughing during the night. The chair in our room had a hole in it that appeared to have either been burned or chewed through. However, my main problem is that housekeeping isn’t daily. You must request it. Covid is the excuse. The problem is, we requested it and they still did not come. One of the big perks of travel for me is clean towels and linens daily, so that affected my stay in a negative way.

It's a really nice hotel with a reasonable sized room, very comfortable bed and nicely stocked bathroom. The key thing is the location which is literally yards from Broadway T station and therefore 1 or 2 stops into the city. There are also plenty of bars and coffee shops nearby with Wooten Hall next door on Broadway well worth a visit. Great food and lots of beers on tap.

The only thing was the poor restaurant and bar. The food choices in the restaurant were very limited (we walked out) and the bar closed very early and we couldn't'get a drink when we returned at 11.30. Other than that, it's great.

this hotel is modern, clean, and amazing. it is pretty new and it even smells like new. it is located within walking distance of so many places to eat (restaurants, starbucks, dunkin) and shop. there is a T stop right in front of the hotel for the red line. the bathroom is big and spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the window views are beautiful. i booked this hotel on a whim and it went above and beyond my expectations.

two stays, one radio had the wrong time date and no means to correct. Had my own phone for that purpose so I did not bother to complain. Rec have staff look at radio for accuracy on heir check list.

Good location near to the Broadway T station. Very comfortable bed.

Very little clothes storage space - no shelves to put your clothes. No luggage rack. The breakfast was non existent. We went down for breakfast to find coffee, some yogurts and some muffins in plastic bags, priced at $15 . Unable to work out the air-conditioning system. No guest information in the room. Bathroom sink taps inreverse to how you would expect them to work. 2 bath towels on the first night only 1 between two on the second night?

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, friendly staff.

The room is too small, hardly any space to walk around the bed. I hit my leg twice on the wooden bedframe. There is no space for a suitcase, had to ask for a rack to set it on instead of the floor. This type of thing should already be in the room, especially with so little space in the area. Everything else was good.
