The Hotel is located very close (3 minutes) to the Metro Station of Porter Square (Red Line). It takes about 30 minutes to reach the stop "Park" by metro  , which allows you to visit Downtown and most relevant spots in the city centre. BTW It takes about 50 minutes to reach the Hynes Congress Center by metro. Harvard is just one stop from the Hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is absolutely safe, with many services (e.g., supermarket, cafeterias). There are also a few good restaurants on Massachusetts Avenue (south direction). The Hotel is very clean, the wifi works perfectly. The staff is super collaborative and friendly. Two bottles of water are provided for free every day. The room is equipped with a coffee maker (coffee is good). Downstairs the lobby, there is an additional room with a "public" coffee maker and restrooms. All in all, I would be happy to stay again in this hotel.

Housekeeping is made upon requests. Thus, if you need housekeeping, you must ask for it every day. This is a bit tricky, but nothing serious. The Hotel does NOT serve breakfast. However, one can exploit the many options available close to the Hotel (supermarket and cafeterias). Both weak points are points. All in all, I would be happy to stay again in this hotel.

The location is great: very close to the Porter square shopping center, with lots of options for food, and several supermarkets. The staff was very helpful.

The "petite double twin room" is *really* small -- I couldn't lay open my two suitcases; there was also no refrigerator in the room originally, and the one they sent me upon my request took extra space. Very few electric outlets. There's some design flaw in the door entering the shower space -- you cannot avoid being poured by water over head. Also, they only provide room cleaning upon request.

We stayed in the centre of Boston at the start of our trip and slightly further our at Porter Square at the end of our trip before flying home. Porter square was my favourite as it was cheaper, opposite an excellent thai restaurant and quieter too. Lovely room and location very close to a metro stop to get you easily into the centre of the city.

We were not the biggest fan of the bathroom door as it did not close completely and you could clearly see the silhouette of the other person when they were on the toilet (admittedly we forgot to mention this on check out). This could be awkward if you were not a couple but perhaps friends sharing.

Complimentary water Location Staff in general are great

I was booked into a room upon my arrival in error and had to move just hours later. A token gesture was made (1 free drink) for the inconvenience. Felt a meal and a couple of drinks or a bottle of wine would have been more appropriate. I had travelled from Europe after all!! I mistakenly booked a twin room vs a double room. I was staying for 14 nights so really felt that at least during some of my stay, that a request for a double room could have been accommodated across 2 sister hotels. That wasn't the case and I felt a little disappointed in the hotel management with that.

Clean, looks modern and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bar is great with nice decor. There is on site parking (valet) although we did not use it during our stay this time. Location is very convenient, within walking distance from Harvard and MIT. Metro station right downstairs. Fairly safe neighbourhood.

Room is slightly on the smaller side. Bar is a bit expensive (a beer of ~500mL costs $8 + tax + 20% tip = $10 approx or £8 which is much more expensive than a pint or 568mL of beer in Central London). Drink choices are also a bit limited.

The room size of 17m is good enough for a lone traveler but don't expect to be able to spend too much time inside it. Very clean and modern bathroom with a good tv. The best is comfortable and new but can move very easily. What I especially liked about the hotel was the fact that I could get unlimited ice and coffee at the basement at any time of the night.

The hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast but there is a large Star Market just minutes away that open very early so I didn’t find it to be a big problem.

Located in a nice neighborhood outside central Boston. Lots of options for food/drink nearby (aside from the hotel's own bar/restaurant) and only a short walk (10-20mins) from other areas such as Davis Square and Harvard. Very close to Porter station for connections to downtown Boston. Good facilities (including business lounge). Access to air-conditioning, water and ice was very beneficial. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Little storage / no wardrobe in Petite Double Twin room.

The hotel was in a good location for transport links to other areas of the city. It was compact and clean with a great power shower and good coffee/tea maker in the room. The rooms could be serviced as often as we wanted with nice toiletries in the bathroom.

There was a bit of traffic noise, which you might expect near a fairly main road but the hotel itself was quiet. The hairdryer was small and could maybe have been a bit more powerful.

I travelled with seven other family members in a group of eight. We occupied four rooms. Each room had two twin beds. The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. We drove in and used the valet service to park our car. Given the hotel's location across the street from the Porter Square MBTA stop, we were very pleased with the transportation options. We also went down the street to an excellent French pastry shop for breakfast one morning and enjoyed this as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really excellent location - easy walk to nice shops and restaurants and so quick to get to downtown Boston and the rest of Cambridge on the Metro. Also easily walkable to Harvard Square. Friendly, helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Comfortable room.

The small twin room is very small - we knew it would be, so not complaining, but just to note that it was tricky to store away suitcases and other goods or to unpack clothes for 2 people. But it is generally well designed for a small space.
