It is fully equipped service apartment type facility (with living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen even with diswasher, cloth closet, iron and board everything). Anything and everything is provided. Staffs are super professional and do take care their guests' need personally. To be honest, their cooperation is not normally seen in other US based hotels (i am a frequent traveller and hence can confidently say this). Location in a nice and quite community. Nearby bus station. Close to Harvard. If anyone coming to Harvard with family and before settling, this hotel is perfect as an anchor with the comfort of an home. Breakfast was enough and suffienct with a very nice restaurant ambience to give you a good kick start at morning. If i visit here again, i will 100% stay here again.

Small technical glitch. Room air conditioner had some issue and made loud noise. Being an engineer, i am sure this was just a stand alone incident and will be taken care by authority. Weather was comfortable, so i kept window open, so no issue for me after switching off A/c.

The staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there were two mains and two USB sockets on each side. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy junction and access transit was convenient (bus stop outside, short walk to the subway).

While the food at breakfast was good, the plastic cutlery is a let down, both for the environment and the experience.

location was great. size of room was generous with a small kitchenette, full size fridge and sitting room. the beds and pillows were excellent in that there were 3 pillows with different levels of firmness. I loved the washable blankets and bedspread.

the sitting room furniture was a bit stained and dinged up, the hot plate was repaired with electrical tape and there was a patch of ceiling in the bathroom that had peeled away. it was comfortable but the physical plant was getting a bit shabby

Front desk staff - for all the shifts from the time we checked in to departure - were great! They quickly met our requests for additional toiletries, towels, etc. and provided information for public transport into Boston - even offering to provide change for our bills (though we ended up taking Ubers). Breakfast was basic but tasty. Hotel was conveniently located just beside a CVS and a restaurant/ bar that were both open till 10 pm.

We found a couple of baby items - a milk bottle and something else - that were probably left by previous occupants. This indicated that cleaning after stays was not that thorough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was large enough for our family of 4. I really liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants and the area is really cute. It is also very convenient to Tufts and the surrounding areas. We would stay here again.

The beds are comfortable, but not very comfortable. We had a room near the front entrance and I prefer to be away from the busy areas of the hotel. Because it is a very busy time, the hotel was full and not able to switch rooms, however, I believe if the hotel had not been so busy due to graduations, they would have happily changed our room for us.

I picked this place because of the location (proximity to my daughter's habitation). We love walking and did so to reach dining spots ( even very good ones within 12 min on foot). It is quiet and safe place. Room is spacious, has everything for housekeeping. I like the great lounge to have breakfast in.

I was surprised with a bedding set up: no fitted sheet (just two flats), and no regular blanket (just kind of cover with valance, not enough for two people sharing). The mattress was too soft to my taste, so it seemed and felt smaller than regular queen size. I would appreciate better options for breakfast, like greater variety of yogurt (including plain one) and less processed potato products. Otherwise, it was good.

Great location, convenient to highways and the Red Line T Alewife stop. Friendly and pleasant staff! Our room had good space, and the kitchen was convenient. Breakfast had a good selection and the menu varied. Free parking!! Nice Pub next door, only have to make it across the parking lot to get back safely. Nice nature trail nearby along the creek for walking or biking. I stayed here years ago and will again.

I know it adds some ambiance but running the gas fireplace at breakfast in July is not eco friendly.

Walkable and safe location with free parking and several eateries less than ten minutes walk. Attentative staff makes the difference here at reception desk and at breakfast! Warm breakfast items change daily. Good variety and very clean. Good towels.

Garage parking is open access with extremely narrow spots. Many take up two spots. Poor bedding quality and thin walls and ceilings. Currently no daily housekeeping, but fresh towels always available.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect and this part of the city quiet and easy to walk. The staff were professional and friendly. This goes for front desk, housing keeping, and especially for the breakfast staff. The woman who managed the breakfasts was especially friendly each morning we saw her (we were there 10 days). Breakfast itself was great and saved us the trouble and expense of having to make breakfast ourselves. There was a small gym, which was nice, and we liked the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly. (There was a cute dog at the front named Ruby that we were able to pet some evenings.) The room itself was plenty big and had a large kitchen space with refrigerator. We were able to cook our dinners and eat lunch there, which saved a lot on money. We plan to return in the future.

We were overall very happy with our stay. There were only two things of concern. First, the air-conditioned in the kitchen/dining area had a slight mildewy odor when turned it on. We thought it would dissipate after a few days but it did not. Probably the filter needs changing or cleaning, but it was also right after a lot of rains so might have been something the staff couldn't catch in time. The second concern was the placement of the television. It was located in the bedroom and could only be watched from bed. I would have preferred if it had been in the seating area. We could have watched it while preparing and eating dinner. These are minor concerns though and will not keep us from returning..

The staff were extremely welcome and the room was adequate for our needs.

Single use plastics - they were everywhere. Cutlery, plates at breakfast, out and about. Please help save the planet and don't use them. Breakfast in general, the hot food was of poor nutritional value, the oats was like slop. Locked communal toilets, twice I went to use the communal toilets by reception. Both times I had to get a key from reception which seemed odd.
