beautiful hotel and I couldn’t say enough about the staff. The night staff gentleman helped us at 1 am to move us to a new room because the a/c wasn’t cooling properly. He did it in about 5 minutes from the time we called the desk. super efficient. Free parking in a large mostly empty parking structure which is unusual for Boston. Also very close to the train station.

There was not a thing I didn’t like.

Great 'out of town' location suits me. Easy parking. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast room. Nice friendly bar staff.

Breakfast could be improved, bread rolls to go with the sliced meat and cheese, yogurt to go with the lovely fresh fruit. There was yogurt only one day and only natural, so no alternatives. But really friendly staff....

So wooden floors is not the greatest for sound however a white nois machine was useful. The rooms were very modern There was a lack of storage but again design was cleaver with room long bench/ shelf

The hardwood floors are beneficial but took away from coziness and softness of room.I must say because of graduation I would recommend acquiring I advance to avoid the extreme pricing of all hotels in area.

Bed was confortable. Location was nice - next to a nice park. Very nice and friendly bartender in the lobby.

There was no room service, we were indeed told that we need to request, however at least the trash could have been taken. There were no slippers nor bathrobe in the room, which were needed since we had access to the pool.

chris (front desk? manager?) was a true gem of a human. very caring, thoughtful, and kind and made my stay. above and beyond. breakfast was delicious. breakfast area too. comfy bed. no carpets in room (a plus!). quick responding heating system. tea and coffee always available at front desk. some good snacks

the highway and trees view was decent but the parking lot view was not great so moved rooms. breakfast area was real nice but wished there was a place to eat without sports tv.

The park across the street was beautiful

Pool was small and no hot tub. The hotel lobby was freezing from AC and staff said they had no ability to turn it down. The hotel is all grey and black. No color anywhere

Chic version of a budget hotel.

Be forewarned: this property is right on top of a busy and loud freeway. Many of the rooms are right next to the freeway. The rooms facing the freeway are extremely loud. We had to be moved after the first night. The staff was very accommodating and relocated us to a room overlooking the front entrance which was quiet. When booking make sure to request a room overlooking the front entrance.

I found a used mask in our garbage so I’m not sure how well the room was cleaned. we also had to move rooms after one night as the hot water was not working. very upsetting to not have breakfast at thr weekend. I feel you should really advertise that as we would not have stayed if I had known. extra hassle in the morning you’d don’t need.

The location was great . We were able get on the T and go right into Boston

The breakfast was only a buffet for 21.00 pretty steep . We went somewhere else near by for a better value

The food options are limited within the hotel. There are several options in the neighborhood though.
