Breakfast, so many things to do with kids. We enjoyed our stay. The conveniency of using your wristband to pay for purchases

We had a hard time with is getting in the room using the wristbands. It was not easy to open the room door. It took 1 to 2 mins to get in. The other disappointment was that we were not told in advance that this location is cashless. We brought cash with us then told we could not use it and that credit cards only are to be used. Someone should have said that to us prior to arriving. All the emails that were sent to me prior to arrival did not. It posed a problem because we took out cash for this trip and could not use it.

Water park hours are good, cleanliness is good, staff is typically very friendly

The elevator situation is ridiculous. One was down during our stay but even with all 4 running it takes at least 10-15 minutes to actually be able to get on one

Traveled with my three kids. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the room had amenities that we needed (like wifi, fridge, microwave). Staff was great. Water park was lots of fun - that's where we spent most of our time. Extra attractions were a bit pricey, but pretty much what we expected. All in all, a great stay.

If the extra attractions were cheaper, we might have done more. But overall really no complaints.

We had a great family vacation. The room was spacious and clean and the staff super courteous. The food options were expensive and mediocre but otherwise it was an amazing stay

If i pay for stay at the hotel why i neeed doing a long line in the water attraction. I think they must separate the rows, the same the parking area must have priority to those who stay. Put more than 1 person care the tube area

Bedrooms, very clean, quick response from staff, very pleasant. Water park very nice My kids had a great time

No assorted foods

Facilities were were very clean. Lots of activities for kids of all ages.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Food was ok. Understand that kitchen is probably understaffed at this time.

The Staff made us feel like family, very helpful, friendly and pleasant. It was a great experience for my two Foster children's first ever stay at a hotel made for kids.

More like... What did you love? The spirit, atmosphere, staff, arcade, and most of all. Relaxing in your clean luxurious indoor swimming resort. My son Xavier will soon be 8 asked. Dad will you bring me here when your a grandpa?.. I laughed and said you bet! Making family memories matter with you all. Thank you
