My daughter was sick, so I had to turn the heat up to warm her up, Nice clean bathroomi t was quiet, easy fast check in and great parking spot, and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The breakfast was ok just your average eggs toast english muffins the muffins were not tasty but the tator tots were. Good for one night. i'd come here again.

The breakfast food was almost gone when we got to it, need deeper trashcans, I ususally clean up really good for the house keepers but the trash is so small, The tv had no guide it wasn't full of channels white stains on the rug near the microwave, needs work around the tub in the bathroom and that is it eveything else was good. Plus they jacked up the price because there was a cheering comp it went from $139 to $229 so that was rough we couldn't enjoy our selves because my daughter was very sick. She had a fever so she just slept them whole time, when her friends were swimming. Just better places for the price we paid and the site said it was a short walk, it was not!!!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Enterprise Car hire office, the Basketball Hall of fame, the MGM and the restaurants in Worthington Street were a short drive. The rooms were comfortable and , although for some it may have been limited, the breakfast did the job first thing in the morning.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. For us it did the job.

Great Location for the Basketball Hall of Fame! Nice and clean. Great to have the inside pool for the baby. Close to everything. Parking good. Very confortable solution.

For the price paid it was a poor breakfast. Expencive, very expencive, but comfortable location to visit the basketball Hall of Fame.

Good location to visit Basketball Hall of Fame and Six Flags New England. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool.

Wish there were more towel racks in bathroom - there was no place to hang wet bathing suits. We were trying to conserve our towels due to limited housekeeping but it was awkward as no place to hang them

The breakfast was great with hot options! Room was clean and functional.

Male staff at check in was a little put off that we had made a change he didn't see and started to question us with a bit of a tone. It all worked out but since it was check in it kind of set the mood for the stay.

Several issues with facilities we have never experienced in any other Hampton Inn. The desk lamp was broken (immediately reported it to the desk who stated they would notify maintenance, who never showed up). The toilet handle was barely attached, difficult to flush, tank would not fill w/o constantly running. Bathroom door handle came off. As stated, we have never experienced these issue's before in any hotel, let alone the usually consistent Hamptons. Very unusual, and our thoughts are that it is attributable to the labor shortage and people not wanting to work.

I put my friends up. I didn't stay there. I went with them to check in and check the room. They loved it.

A more welcoming front desk would be nice. I could tell it had been a rough day for the desk person. Much nicer at check-out when I returned. I just felt as if my presence was an inconvenience. Lovely person, VERY professional, just may need a little more training on how to get through the rough spots and not transfer frustration to others. However, when I spoke with Lydia on the phone, that's when I decided to keep my booking. I'm sorry I got there after her shift. She was terrific on the phone. We all have bad days, but in public work, front desk training for the bad days is imperative. I've done front desk training for schools and theaters - it's so important to impart those emotional skills to employees.

Bathroom sink was clogged but we did not realize it till late. Told staff as we were checking out.

The bathroom door was not working well - it fell off the rail once and was generally hard to move, and even when closed, didn't offer enough privacy.

It was a typical Hampton Inn. I did not try the breakfast, but the beds were comfortable and it was easy to keep the room temperature comfortable.

The property is next to a highway and it sometimes was a bit noisy.
