clean, fun and friendly. I loved the live music outside on Friday. staff is so friendly no matter who. the tall woman who is manager in evening I think, she is super amazing. always super clean. beverage center in casino is great.

mattresses could be more comfortable. they leave much to be desired. and more channels on TV. I come for business once a month so I’m not exploring, gambling or vacationing so in between working I’d like to break and watch a bit of tv but very few options. especially this trip cause I was stuck inside due to the fires. also would be nice if we had microwaves. leaving to eat during the weekdays gets tiresome.

The room was beautiful and so modern. But we did not get the King bedded room I booked and ended up with 2 Queen beds. After arriving in our room, we felt the room was very hot and stuffy. I turned on the air conditioner, but it kept shutting off. We had to call for service which took 1 hour out of our time there. Three repair men tried to solve the problem. We were supposed to meet family for dinner but were late due to the air conditioning problem. When we tried to raise the air from 69 degrees to 74 in the morning, the heat came on! So we had to shut everything down, got ready to check out and left. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was so modern and pleasant. We didn't dislike anything about it.

I liked that it's right off the exit.Easy to get to.The staff was exceptional. Julissa checked us in.She was wonderful.The room was very pretty and I wanted to take the entire bathroom home.The shower was the best in any hotel I have ever stayed at.There was a sound machine in the room and new ear plugs to try and block out noise from the busy street.

You could hear the street noise,but I get it's in the middle of the city.The room needs a microwave where the coffee is located.It helps with reheating food left over,because there is no room service which is a bumber.It would have been really nice to have,especially first thing in the morning,or later at night.Its a very long walk with luggage to park your car and walk.Valet is definitely needed ,but they have yet to open it back up again.

it was set up nicely with a courtyard and a skating rink . It was decorated for the holidays and it was nice to walk around outside at night and see all the lights! they even had a machine that produced snowflakes . very festive!

once we parked in the garage - there was no signage directly us where to enter the property for check in ! The only entrance was directly into the casino floor . We had to walk around the exterior of the building with luggage to get to the lobby to check in . Apparently there is an elevator that you take to get into the lobby but because there were no signs , we didn’t find out about it until we had checked in !

The room is great, the only thing is that the pillows are too hard and they don't have the option of more choices. The hotel offers a lot of entertainment for families with children.

We ate at the South End Food Market once and I've never seen a sleazier restaurant anywhere. I didn't expect that at the MGM resort. Also, the staff in general at the hotel are far from being kind compared to other facilities.

The major drawback was that there was no room service and no breakfast. There is a food court open until 2 AM and take out coffee/breakfast snacks but no place to get late dinner and no place to sit down for breakfast. the restaurants were also all booked for dinner even a week out so we had to also leave for dinner. it is mostly a takeout burger and taco kind of place. There is a pizza place also but it was not open past 10.

The hotel and casino are beautiful. Well designed and very clean. Great location directly off of the highway, and ample parking in the garage. The free parking in the garage was also a plus, as well as the height of the garage. Driving a large pick up truck, I often cannot fit in parking garages. This one had high enough clearance for me to fit which was great. The staff in the casino were phenomenal. My-Rey at the Pontoon 21 table was great. We spent hours with him and even though we lost money, we had a great time. Rori at the bar was also awesome. Super friendly and very pleasant

It was unfortunate that the bowling alley, Topgolf, and the spa were all closed. I was really looking forward to getting a massage at the spa, so that was unfortunate. Of course I understand, as everyone is struggle of the staff shortages right now.

Everything. Room was beautiful, Rain Shower totally awesome and bed was extremely comfortable. Casino was clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely be on the intenerary for the next trip to MA.

We couldn't find a restaurant serving breakfast, so we ended up at the South Market Place food court for a breakfast sandwich. It was OK, but preferred to have had a true sit down breakfast with a server.

We loved the room we were in. Beautiful and perfectly cleaned. We will be visiting again soon.

The only thing we did not like about the facility was after a concert at the Symphony Hall we walked back to the hotel to find all the doors were unable to be opened. Our card for our room did not work to open the doors like we thought they wood. We had to walk around to the casino entrance to be able to get in. We thought this to be very inconvenient and dangerous if I wasn't with my husband. Im not sure if we were doing something incorrect with our key card but we were frustrated.

The room was amazing. I had planned on going to the casino after I checked in but I laid down to take a nap and slept so comfortably for hours. It was great. I will definitely stay again but I will have to search dates for the lowest rate. It was very pricey.

It was very pricey. I also don’t like that there is no casino incentive, rewards or offers for hotel guest. Especially first time guests. If you live in the city then you’re more likely to frequent the establishment often. Me, coming from 3 hours (minimum) away, would definitely appreciate some incentives to return.
