Hilton Garden Inn Boston Waltham

From the moment I stepped in, the staff's attentiveness was phenomenal , making me feel valued and welcomed. They went the extra mile to make my stat amazing, displaying a level of dedication that is truly commendable. Their knowledge and expertise in their respective roles were evident, as they effortlessly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Thanks to their exceptional service, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another delightful visit..

The room had a weird smell that would not go away.

The hotel was very clean and overall had a very nice stay that we decided to stay there another night vs. finding another hotel near where we were going. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we decided to extend. Overall, I'd say this was a very good place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it based on all aspects of the stay.

Breakfast, you have to pay for, for some reason. Every other Hilton I've stayed at has had breakfast included. This by no means was a bad thing.

We (2 adults-1 with disability- and 2 large dogs) stayed from 9/14 to 9/15 and every member of staff was wonderful! Prices were very reasonable and the room was spotless. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

There was some inconvenience due to parking lot improvements, but these could not be helped, are temporary, and did not cause us any major problems.

The breakfast was fine and the location was good.

My reservation on booking was based on “no pets” policy and I was shocked to see pets at the hotel. Upon enquiring at the front desk I was told that hotel is “pet friendly”. I have allergy towards pets! Booking has to make sure that the correct hotel policy is stated on its website.

YOU-Booking.com-dropped the ball. We made reservations through you and they were NOT passed along to the hotel! They had to scramble to make room for us. They were outstanding. The hotel staff had to straighten this out with one of your staff who was hard to understand and being exceedingly difficult. The hotel employee finally convinced you not to charge us for a service YOU did not provide! We ended up paying over $140 more for your lack of follow-through and professionalism. If you are sincere, we would like that difference reimbursed to us. We will wait to see what an organization you are. If you made a mistake...make it right. If you don’t care...then

The room are comfy and have big tv. The room have a lot of usb wall chargers. The blackout curtains really work and no light comes in at morning.

The hotel was excellent but at morning you only have a plain coffee or tea. No milk or cream. The other issue is you have a Keurig in your room but is the only. No cream, no sugar or a few K-cups for take a coffee in the room. The both door was pretty but don't have any type of lock. You take your shower or go to the bathroom without sense of privacy. Because if any one pull the door isn't lock.

i left the room in the morning andI returned to the room at 3:00 pm and I didn’t get the room cleaned, a cleaning lady came at 4:00 and I didn’t want the service when I am in the room, that happened 2 times, so I never got my room cleaned

Good location, good restaurants nearby. clean and good facilities. wifi and gym were good

Breakfast is not free... not sure about parking if free or not. The location of this hotel almost requires one ot have use of a car or use Uber all the time

The breakfast was ok for grab and go during covid. That was great to be included. I loved the coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the bathroom and the overall room design. The price was very, very good. I plan on using this hotel again in the future.

My son wanted to check in for me and him and his guest. the staff would not allow them to check in until I arrived. I was busy helping my daughter move into her home

The price to value exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for my needs. I could not have been more pleased. The little service intangibles were present throughout my stay.

Continental breakfast vs. warm buffet. But I understand that it was because of COVID-19 protocol. I hope that post-COVID-19 precautions, warm breakfasts will make a return. It was that only item missing in an otherwise perfect stay.
