The staff were incredibly kind and friendly to me (and to the other guests I saw them interact with, and to each other)! Sean at the Front Desk expressed an amazing amount of empathy, patience, community spirit, helpfulness, and general human kindness when I came in looking for a place to stay after a pipe froze in my apartment. I ended up reserving my stay via Booking.com, and when I checked in David at the Front Desk was equally friendly, open-minded, and patient and helped me when I forgot my room number multiple times and also gave me tips on preventing pipes from freezing! I had a shorter interaction with the person at the desk (didn’t catch their name) when I checked out the next morning but received the same generous, genuine friendliness and attention (even in my frazzled state). Thank you so much to everyone <3

Small things: alarm clock / phone on bedside table was showing the incorrect time and I couldn’t see an easy way to change it, and when I pressed the button on the phone labelled to call the Front Desk it brought me to the voicemailbox instead; some dust / grime in the room and elsewhere; window blinds didn’t close completely (a design flaw that most hotel / motel curtains seem to possess); i could hear some other guests talking in their room.

The location was very good, close to the center of town, museums and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and included with our stay. There were both hot and cold selections , served in a pleasant dining room.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot because they were waiting for a part.

The location is a bit far to walk comfortably to the college, but it's an easy and quick drive with ample parking, next to the diner and Cumby's.

The room was a bit pricey for a hotel in the middle of nowhere (aka Williamstown, MA)

Conveniently located and breakfast was good!

We ran out of tp - the two rolls in the room when we checked in had like 5 squares each & should have been replaced before we got there. One of the three towels in the room had lipstick on it & not from us 🤢

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location, Good Breakfast, Friendly Staff, Second Time stay.

Everything was great, nothing bad. Close to Mass Moca

Breakfast was basic & OK. Location was good for visiting Williamstown.

Signage. No sign for elevator. Maid service was on alternate days; Understand because of short staff, but should have told us in advance.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly.

The price was a little high at 200/ night for a Thursday stay with no events in the area. Did not use any amenities.

The location was perfect for my needs and I loved the decor.

The continental breakfast could have included fresh fruit and some Danish or cinnamon buns

Well designed rooms..,lots of hooks, great beds, pillows were exceptional. Interesting window shades, looked like we were in the tree tops.

There was room for a chair but we didn’t have one.
