First, you have to set your expectations. You're paying half the price (or more) of surrounding accommodations. You're not going to get the biggest room, the most up-to-date furniture. But what you ARE getting are owners (Rocky & Naj) who care about giving you the best experience they can possibly provide. The room was small, but exceptionally clean. The location was great, only minutes away from downtown Williamsburg and the Clark Museum. A request for an extra blanket was fulfilled within minutes, Rocky himself delivered the blanket, but he stood back several feet from my door because he is afraid of dogs. But he STILL DELIVERED IT! My dog is 115 lbs. When I told Rocky, he said they usually don't allow dogs of that size, but when I explained how chill my Brody is, he quickly relented and welcomed him. The room was quiet at night despite being between two busy roads. I found the Williamstown Motel to be an exceptional value and I will gladly stay there next trip to the area.

Every thing met my expectations which were tempered by the very reasonable price!

The management made us very very welcome. We arrived about 3.30pm and they went out of their way to tell us the best things to see in our short time. Including dining options, places of interest even a trip up to see the Sun set from Mount Greylock. Which was stunning and the war memorial there too. They even suggested things to see the next day as we headed further east on the Mohawk Trail. Which we did and we so thankful for there guidance. Thanks for making our short stay in Williamstown a great memory. Even include a continental breakfast which was helpful for the limited time we had the next day.

Clean, not new but clean and neat.

The breakfast had fresh fruit which is unusual at motels/hotels. There was a nice assortment. The location of the motel was perfect. Very close to Williams College, which is where we needed to be.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The owners were so lovely. They even told me about a restaurant that gave a discount if we let them know that we stayed at the hotel.

I took my family to visit my alma mater and it was the perfect location, conveniently close to campus. The motel operator was very accommodating of our schedule and waited past "closing" time to check us in and make sure we were squared away for the night. He even supplied us with cold water bottles!

It was perfect for what we needed and for the duration of time we spent in town.

I booked this last minute after our first place was a big No. This motel is older but so clean and well kept! On the main road, near town, place to eat, Ice cream, etc. owners are beyond nice! The accommodated us right away. Rooms were spotless, air conditioning was quiet and worked great. Comfy beds. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was immaculately clean. We had a large room with a kingsized bed and cooking facilities- which we didn't need, but would have been great if we'd come with kids. Rocky, the host, was very helpful with info about local restaurants and attractions, and could provide discounts at museums and restaurants.

Great location and super friendly staff and manager. The room is small but it has everything that you need. The bed is really comfortable. The continental breakfast had good variety and was everything we normally eat - especially appreciated the fresh fruit.

While there was nothing we didn't like, guests should be aware that the rooms are smallish and the decor is dated. The manager is slowly making improvements though so I imagine the decor will be updated over time.

Super well maintained property, everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic, but good. Rocky, the owner, goes out of his way to meet and greet guests and give suggestions about the area. His pride in his business and quality of stay of his guests is foremost!

The motel is as clean as can be. The owner/manager is extremely helpful, kind and goes out of his way to make sure things are running smoothly. I was traveling with an Appalachian Trail hiker - we needed to have his hiking clothes dried after washing in the sink. The owner/manager volunteered to use his dryer to help us out - VERY MUCH appreciated.

Everything was good. Nothing but accolades.

Location is perfect for museums and exploration of Williamstown and beyond. Breakfast was ample if you enjoy peanut butter on toasted bagel, fruit, and a little yogurt. Dry cereal also available. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Decor is worn and dated. Owner said they have plans to freshen all. But the room had all I needed.
