The room itself is very nice, good space. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything needed as well as plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pool area was very nice, quiet in the early morning and late at night which was important since our patio on the first level was looking out at the pool.

The lighting is not good in any room but especially the bathrooms. The makeup mirror is too high and has poor lighting too. The hallways are very noisy but I suppose that depends on how the parents are dealing with their kids, on our floor there was a lot of screaming which always seemed to be right outside our door.

Very kid friendly making it a great staycation for littler kids during Easter break and especially since winter activities were over and summer activities hadn’t begun yet. Still, resort stay was great for them. Thank you!!

I wish there was a functional grocery store nearer. But, that wouldn’t be a resort thing … maybe a grocery delivery service would suffice.

Lovely, spacious clean unit. Check-in staff was exceptional (shout out to Michelle) since Booking.com cancelled my reservation that I had made 2 months prior and never contacted me!

Every thing nice and staff was nice . Front lady’s were nice especially her name is Annamarie . She was so helpful and smiling ( Man needs more smiles and nice) She made us happy to stay there.

Some area In the kitchen floors (Wood?)were damaged. When I stepped there was bending. You should fix it before accident.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the end of the parking lot and ski right onto the mountain. The room was huge and so beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Even a mini salt and pepper shaker! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the facilities. We didn't have time to check out the pool or hot tub.

Lack of "on site" availability to restaurant dining. Lack of amenities such as message, nail salon, game room etc. Wyndam's information flyers suggesting ( & highlighted by staff) restaurants which were closed for renovations upon us arriving after driving miles. Two of the four restaurants listed.

The facility is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for us since we have family and friends in Northern Berkshire. We could NOT believe the price. What a bargain for a place over June teenth!!

I like the size and furnishings of the room. The air conditioning was on and working well when we checked in. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, which was very nice.

there was no dining available at the facility which was difficult as it is very remote. There was a full kitchen and you couple prepare your own meals, but we were only there two nights for a wedding.

Location was perfect for skiing Jiminy Peak.

Only one friendly suggestion: to include a sponge for washing dishes by hand/wiping counters. That’s the only thing we found that was missing in an otherwise well equipped kitchen that had all the basics and was spotless. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. The pool the activities, tennis, basketball the grounds around the property were well maintained. Rooms clean and very spacious. Close to Mountain Greylock and the towns around to visit. Excellent choice for the money spent.
