The AC unit is equipped with an optional, “constant fan” setting which is brilliant! For those who like to sleep with it cool or need the fan noise or air movement you don’t have to worry about the ac unit shutting off and slamming back on throughout the night. Great breakfast! Tons of options! A family of four probably recoups about $50 of their nightly cost. The lobby is inviting and trending.
As with most hospitality businesses during the pandemic, the place was understaffed which reflected on service. Desk staff, although nearby, were typically filling in cleaning and maintaining the common areas. They appeared over worked and under paid. The building itself is brand new but the quality of construction is abysmal. The money saved by cutting corners EVERYWHERE is noticeable. Large cracks in the walls, poor mill and trim work, terrible paintwork... The building has a two to five year lifespan before major updates will be needed. And then there’s the carpet...why??? Solid surface is affordable and easy to clean. Very little short or long term consideration went into this place. The pool is almost an afterthought. It’s a garage with a few transom.

Our reservation was incorrectly conveyed to the hotel but the manager LISA was very gracious and when Booking .com would not answer our query on the incorrect dates of stay ,she over a period of time got the corrected reservation accepted by Booking and BEST WESTERN. A lot of time spent and we were extremely grateful to her.

breakfast varied from day to day, had many choices, was good for hotel free breakfast. hotel very clean, and our room on 3rd floor was very quiet at night. newer facility, so everything worked well there is still some work being done to exterior of property, but was no inconvenience.
TV cable network very limited, but we were not here to watch TV.
