The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

My husband had very little warm water for his shower. My son showered earlier and his was fine. Also, we were expecting breakfast to be available according to our booking, but it was not. There were a few items available for purchase only. We were told at check in that there would be complimentary coffee, but when we went to the lobby to get some, it was out. Our friends experienced this as well. We talked to the staff at the desk and someone did start more coffee right away. They also gave us a few extra k cups to use in the brewer in the room.

Wonderful facility. Great pool. Nice rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Well, this may be the new trend but no one serviced the room while we were there. Don't care if the bed is made but fresh towels and refilling the coffee supplies and a few sundries would have been much better. Coffee was available in the lobby but if your room is on the fourth floor and you like a cup or two before facing the world you don't want to take the elevator down to the lobby for a cup before your shower.

I love the swimming area and the new room renovations , very neat and clean. Its just i brought two rooms and paid to be reserved and when i got there my room was not available or cleaned , eventually a 30-45 minutes later everything was taking care of but the two rooms were on a different floor even though i reserved them to be together. Will i come back. Honestly i don't know and I will talk about that experience we had good and also the bad ones.

Getting our room was a huge problem and money was taken from acct and put in notes by a staff that the card # was wrong. When the other staff finally got my mom to use her card again that's when another staff realized when she swiped the card the $100 payment was there. It made my family thing your employees will steal money. That's another reason we will not come back .

My room was clean coffee was available

I am handicap I need a step stool for the bed. Room was not ready until about 5 pm so I couldn't settle in. The hot tub had a ring in it so many people pool need more clorine

The Splash pad is what brought us to this hotel. The clean location was noticed immediately. We loved the huge fish tank to observe as we waited. The kind staff seemed short handed, yet very accommodating to our requests and desires. This location was surprisingly very quiet as it was tucked behind the busy 131.

The water park needs updates. The indoor ceiling/roof is water damaged and drywall is peeling off. No AC is required in the water areas as it made us all to chilled to play. The hot tub was somewhat empty as it is out of order, yet full of trash and debris, that made our toddler curious. It could cause injuries. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast. Old bedding, so that could be updated. It was an ok place to stay.

Not having towels after the swim is a bit disappointing. Also the limited options for breakfast is a little bit of a let down.

The pool was great for our children. The restaurant wasn't open due to staffing, which is understandable. We just enjoyed swimming and playing as a family.

It was a bummer the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but we made due and got dinner and came back to swim some more.

Good food. Awesome pool area for families it has something for everyone. Nice big rooms with comfy beds.

Water park is very very basic and the water didn't look very clean. No real complaints, just basic.

I appreciated the location as well as the condition of the hotel.

I had to get my key card replaced 3 times because the side door stopped recognizing it. I was also surprised that there was no breakfast as advertised. They told me there wasn't enough staff.
