Excellent location for events at Little Caesars Arena. Facility kept meticulously clean. Ample gaming options available. A MUST visit at the casino is THE ROASTED BEAN sweets shop. They have delectable treats to eat and drink. The staff is AWESOME and efficient. The front desk experience was great. Check in was fast. We had a beautiful experience with an mature African American woman who was not only knowledgeable, but warm, friendly and extremely caring. She is a Supreme example of hospitality. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she is unmistakable at the front desk. She represents the hotel supremely. Every time she would see us pass by, she would ask if we needed anything. This is Outstanding service! Our room was spacious and well supplied. Housekeeping was always available and generous with their services. Eventhough we didn't request daily Housekeeping, it was offered to us each day by staff. THAT is amazing in these days of streamlining all services! It was greatly appreciated. Food selections at the dine in restaurant were tasty and rapidly prepared. All in all, we had a great experience. If anything was negative, it would be the cost. Pricey, but then the quality needs to be considered!

More dining options are needed for sit down meals. Fast food options were too limited Smoking section doors were no kept closed at all times.

We really liked the style of this room. It was very cleanly and modern. We also like that we could walk safely around the city from this location. The front desk associates were very friendly.

We didn't like that our mini bar had not been restocked and had rotten food in it. We called to have it serviced and was told they are only stocked once a week. I asked for it to be restocked. They told me they would send someone up, but nobody ever showed up. The servers at the Tap restaurant were very rude and would not seat us when we entered. The bartender actually shooed us away. So we left without any food or drinks being served to us.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. At 500 a night you expect service to be at that price point We had 5 p.m. massages and 7 p.m. dinner reservations. Not being able to check in promptly made for a stressfully start.

Love the look of the room and the lobby. Room was clean when we got there. Plenty of towels for two. Nice big tub with lights. Great view from floor 10. Good security people and system. Felt completely safe while in the hotel area.

Pool was only open until 6pm, dont agree to have housekeeping to come in at a certain time each day as it never happens. Room service was no different than getting food to go someplace. No robes included, also just wanted to add that it's additional to have a mini fridge and no microwave so dont plan on saving leftovers.

the room was huge and very well appointed. great shower. all the workers were very courteous and friendly.

the cost for the room was extremely high- over $350 for one night. it's a long walk from the self park to the hotel and you have to drag your luggage through the casino.

Everything but having to wait to check in

Had to wait hour and a half after check in to get our room witch made us late meeting friends. Also had my room in someone else's name and had to find my reservation

The whole experience was wonderful and all the staff was pleasant and more than helpful. All your staff has been trained to service the customers and I have to say that you did as excellant job. We had a hot stone massage and it was so relaxing and the massuse was special her training most definitely paid off would come back to see her again.

Your food area needs some work The Tap may be your main hub but truly the food was not the best What ever happened to the buffet area I would have loved that more just to be able to get what I want to eat not what is on the menu

The Starr was amazing and personalized our stay. Every time I went to the front desk I was called by my name. The staff sent us a anniversary gift. When I spoke to the manager about the Pizza place being closed on Thursday night she took the time to talk to us and gave us a sweet little treat to celebrate our Anniversary. All in all it was a great anniversary get away.

I didn’t like that Taps was always closed when we wanted to dine in. Funny how it was open the morning we checked out.
