The location was great. it was clean and the people who worked there were very friendly

Booking.com didn’t know the rooms correctly at the place I stayed. I was suppose to have a king size bed plus a sleeper sofa. it did not have a sleeper sofa so one of my sons had to sleep on the floor. the hotel was sold out so I couldn’t move to a different room. Not the fault of the hotel but the fault of booking.com

Breakfast was fine. Standard fare but the breakfast area was very small. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance and so many great restaurants were nearby.

The room was advertised as suitable for three guests but the sofa did not work for sleeping. One of us had to sleep on the floor.

Great location - in town for a performance at the Fox Theater just a short walk away. Plenty of bar/restaurant selection nearby too. Room, beds, and amenities very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options and quality were excellent. Building renovations quite nicely done. Very pleased with our visit!

When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour or so but Maggie was amazing!! She apologized for the inconvenience and offered us complimentary drinks which totally made up for it !! She was super accommodating and friendly and definitely made our stay wonderful. Please pass along our gratitude and thanks to Maggie. She truly did make our stay outstanding! The room was beautiful (not a great view but not a huge deal) and it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we were overall very happy with our stay.

I was a little disappointed that it didn't mention anywhere on the website that is was Valet parking only for $35 a night. It would have been nice to have a heads up at least. It also said on the website and when I booked the reservation that we would get bathrobes which we did not. Not a huge deal but it would have been a nice touch.

Great location, right in the a hub of fun bars and restaurants. Hotel staff was vey friendly and accommodating. The room had a very cool vibe, and was way nicer than I thought it would be for the great price. Cool views of the city skyline.

The staff was amazing, location was great. We did a walking tour of Detroit, walked to dinner and walked everywhere easily. Even the valet guys were amazing- still chill under stress! Every person at the front desk answered our questions fully and even offered suggestions. Very helpful.

Plastic plastic plastic for breakfast. No thank you. Step it up and use real coffee cups or at least offer them. Coffee machine in the room was missing a part (at 7am not fun to find out).

The location is perfect for all downtown attractions because you can walk just about anywhere easily. The tram is nearby to get out to Midtown and everything else you might need is only a short walk away. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was impeccably clean.

I liked everything about this hotel. From the individuals who booked my stay and assigned me a room. To the Chef who cooked our morning breakfast. Lastly, after a long day, being able to relax at the Penthouse of this center amazed me.

The room was unique, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly, and eager to assist you. The location was prime for any type of downtown adventure.

Our room felt like it had thin walls and you could clearly hear your neighbors to the point where if they got loud, it would disrupt your experience. The room was also located next to an ally which regularly had machinery buzzIng on and off throughout the day and night. These weren't dealbreakers by any means as the stay overall was incredible but I would've liked to have had a bit more of a sound barrier to our room given we are downtown.

Location is amazing! Room and view were great.

The pillows were way too soft… they were so soft there was literally no support. But the rest of the bedding was great.
