Did not have the breakfast, though the Booking.com confirmation said it was included in the cost (the hotel said it was not and was going to charge $15 per person). The room and beds were very comfortable and clean.

The TV didn't work, and the general manager came himself to help diagnose the problem since the maintenance staff was not onsite when we checked in. He said this was a known problem for some of the rooms. I had to move rooms which was an inconvenience to repack and transport all my family's luggage, coolers, backpacks up a flight of stairs to a new room. That's the only reason I didn't rate this higher. The staff should check all the rooms before customers check-in if it's a problem that was known beforehand.

Loved the laid back atmosphere and the pool . The balcony was an added plus, we enjoyed standing out on it in the morning and evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the pool needed cleaning and the pool filters didn't seem to be working. The pool itself is amazing. The outside entertainment was nice too!

The pool was not very clean....lots of debris from the trees ( Pine tree especially) and human hair. Seems like the filter system was not working or not very well.

Newley renovated. Great décor and pool. staff was so nice. We had 8-10 inches of snow and they did a great job of clearing. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Close to the interstate.

Due to the new renovations there was no food on site. When I booked online it said there was breakfast available. I feel they could have at least offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. there was a small bar open with Starbucks Coffee but the staff didn’t arrive until 9am or later.

very nice to place- use to be the the plaza … bout to have gran re opening. staff extremely nice and has a shuttle that is 24 hr and will take you almost anywhere. bar & grill not yet open and pictures do not match the hotel - certain things not available. also this is a higher class hotel - they should invest into breaking.

Booked thru priceline, they listed this as the Plaza Hotel. Drove around for an hour, LOST. UNTIL I stopped and asked at the "Sheraton"....only to find out THAT was the location!!!!!! I was over tired and really mad by then! (Mapquest told me to circle thru the parking lot, out onto the main street and pull back in!!!!! THATS WHEN I went inside and asked.. WTH!!)

the location was good. They supplied a shuttle to the airport. I have Mobily issues and they were able to give me a ground floor room. I was dropped off at the hotel very early. Transport issues and got there several hours early and they were able to put me in a room earlier then check out.

They did great

Everything was great….only disappointed that the restaurant was closed the evening I was there! All else was excellent.Will definitely use this hotel again. The shuttle service was a big plus.

Recently nicely remodeled.

Bathroom floor had a used contact lens on the floor. If housekeeping had cleaned the floor well, would this lens have still been there. However, it could have been the result of someone being careless of emptying the waste basket after the cleaning the floor.

Everything was amazing. From the pool and hot tub, the restaurant. You guys made my kids feel safe and welcome. Thank you for a much needed break.
