the room was fine, the service was super

The disrepair of the halls, lack of signage to direct you toward breakfast, and no sign to say there was no elevator, that the photos on the site make it look very nice, but in reality it's really old and dank musky smells in hall. There were 2 remotes and at first neither worked till we went downstairs to ask and it was something in back of the tv that had to be pushed in more.

Closeness of room to pool and such a wonderful maintenance person by the name of Rob Tackett.

Asked for towels for pool around 6pm and front desk clerks said they would be ready in a hour. 2 hours later and still no towels. Could of offered a discount for inconvenience. Breakfast use to be awesome and now is awful.

The pool was cold but the hot tub was nice, I was recovering from back surgery and that was nice

Not very handicap accessible with the gate latches and getting in and around the building was tough when I was by myself. I use a scooter

The room was wonderful but had not been vacuumed. Check-in was fast, courteous, and professional. Quiet time at the amenities was enforced which was great as our room was right next to the pool. We are also accustomed to USB ports. Luckily, I had a block in the car.

The breakfast was a tad lacking. Not up to par as places such as Hampton Inn and Staybridge Suites.

The room was nice and big. Front desk people were helpful and great.

The balance in the room was broke and hanging and told the front desk but no one seen this before we got into the room? The hairdryer was gone, not that we needed one but again no one noticed these items before getting us into the room? Needs a better breakfast. More options to choose from would be awesome.

Location was excellent, right by the highway and close to family fare grocery, food, gas stations etc... Great indoor pool and arcade! Really cool inside with shuffle board and pool/hot tubs and a pool for kids and a mini indoor playground too! lots to do. We had a poolside room that opened right into the pool/game area. Definitely recommend

The bar inside the hotel wasn't open due to staffing issues we were told and the room key card system wasn't working so they had to let everyone into their rooms with the managers key card, it was fixed quickly though

Great place to take grandkids of all ages. Swimming pool hot tub and wading pool for the little ones. They also have ping pong, shuffle board , a game room, a playground set, and a fitness room.

Could have been more selection for morning breakfast.

Loved the pool area and having poolside room!! Like how there are plenty of tables & chairs in dome area. Nice play area for children!! Staff all seemed reasonably friendly. Continental breakfast was good!!

Lack of towels Hot tub was not very warm

We liked that it had everything under one roof and you could go to the pool, playground and restaurant from the inside as the rooms had 2doors

I would have liked more of a variety for breakfast. All there was was cereal,breads and waffles.

The employee was very nice and apologized about our wait. Everything nice and clean and very comfortable. We would come back for a longer stay. This was our midway point in our drive to our destination. I would like to return. Also nice since they pets. Nice place, just need more help.

There was only 1 person working. When we checked in, we waiting 20 minutes for her to show up. Only reason she showed up then was because another guest trying to check in went and searched her out. Not so much the employee's fault as much as the scheduling of workers. Breakfast could have had a little more variety, but tasted decent.
