Comfortable room, conveniently located to my family members in the area, good breakfast selection with excellent coffee.

Parking lot was icy in many spots. Room lighting was controlled by switch at door so I couldn't use the outlets on the bed side lamps to charge my phone unless I left the light on. Used the wall outlet behind the bed stand instead.

Clean rooms, super comfy beds, extremely friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel.

The only negative was not a big deal, but I had to make a special trip to the front desk to ask for tissue paper because our restroom was stocked with two rolls that were both less than half.

all the repairs being done in the middle of guest arrivals, check in, after hours, etc. Our room door propped open on arrival for telephone repairs-confusion whether to enter…Sauna broken!! (and I’m Finnish!) 😭

We always enjoy our stay here. The breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

Problem with air conditioning. The first night was very uncomfortable, especially the pool room which was too hot to enjoy.

The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. The staff at the front desk was amazing and let me pre-register since I had a wedding I was going to be in when check in started. The breakfast was great and they had alot of options for food.

I really can’t think of much other than a lower price but it was Fri night and I understand our economy.

Staff was awesome! Room was nice size and modern, 2 closets and nice drawer space, quiet, electric fireplace was a bonus!

While the room looked modern many of its components were outdated or broken and TV channels/remote were a disappointment. It was hard to find. The sign on the road is small and the building isn't very visible with all other businesses around.

there was no ice machine on the 3rd floor so you had to travel all the way to the first floor. the fridge was just a fridge with no freezer cubby. I had no place to refreeze my ice packs for my back

The room was very spacious and clean! Perfect location, close by the event we had planned for the weekend. The staff were very sweet and helpful, and the breakfast was really good!

The bed was a bit stiff, (a little to firm for me) and the jets on the jacuzzi seemed a bit slow. Other then that, everything was amazing!
