The hotel was older, but clean. The pool, and the hot tub area was nice. Breakfast was decent.

We stayed 2 nights. We left at 8am from our room and put our sign on our door to make it up. When we arrived back later in the evening to the room it was not made up, and we had to ask for more towels. We went to the pool and later came back to room, and they put the towels on the floor in a bag. Not what we were expecting after spending just about 200 a night. No extra shampoo / soap etc. Kinda disappointing in that area.

We came to Michigan to honor my parents last wishes and have a memorial dinner. I was a little leary knowing that this hotel was the oldest in Lapeer especially since I grew up there. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened our hotel room door and the room was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. We have no complaints at all.

The restaurant / bar connected to the hotel was closed.

Good selection of different foods/juices/coffee/etc for breakfast. Good central location to whole area.

Our TV didn't work from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The woman at the front desk tried several times from there to reset it but it did not work. When we checked out the woman at the front counter said she would refund $30.00 to my credit card for the inconvience.

I love how clean the entire hotel is! The staff is amazingly friendly and super helpful! We stay here frequently because of this!

I don't appreciate other guests not picking up after themselves, but no one can change that. I helped and picked up where it needed.

The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was open until 11 pm. The breakfast was good because they had many thing to choose from. Check out was not until noon so I didn't feel rushed to leave.

The games only took tokens and half of the games didn't work so I left a cup of tokens behind to only probably make other people mad when they try to play.

From description on booking,com handicapped room was described as "high toilets and walk-in shower". We were given a handicapped room that did not have either. Called handicapped because of assistance bars by toilets and in step-in bathtub.

The pool was great! And also the beds were comfortable.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner.. lots of dust on the furniture especially the fridge and microwave stand...alsothe cushionson the sofa bed were stained pretty bad.

It was clean and comfortable. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and she had a blast. All the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Always accommodating, comfortable, central location to the commercial area. Relatively reasonable price.

Limited options in the area allow for the rate to be increased, which is understandable but also frustrating when comparing to other areas and hotels.

Hotel is clean and well taken care of beds are comfortable, water is hot and breakfast is decent.
