The room was nice if it was cleaned and the upgrade for the room mess up was nice
Well the water from the AC soaked all my clothes do to it leaking all over the floor.When I checked the filters they were dirty as if they never clean them.Not to metion they tried to cancel my reservation when I got here in which I had to argue with them to get a room which was unprofessional.

Receptionist made multiple mistakes witch made the process drag out for check in. Maybe more training is needed. First room the key didnt work, tried multiple times to get a key to work with no luck. Placed me in another room where key worked only if you slid it in and out a certain way.... Second room dirtier than first, however first rooms door was swelled, so you had to use your body weight to open and close properly. Floor of second room felt like no prep work was done prior to laying carpet, and very bumpy and musty smelling.

It was fully equipped. Location is good.
There was a weird smell in the room and it wasn't clean at all. There were bugs on the sheets as well.
