Our stay coincided with a huge kids soccer tournament! Needless to say, it was a bit noisy. The hotel staff did what they could to ask the people I'm the room above us to shut down the soccer practice, however, it took my husband knocking at their door to get them to take our request seriously. When our children were young, we taught them how to be respectful of others when staying in a hotel. I'm sure they, we, made some noise, however, we were quick to quiet down. So, this comment is mostly for families traveling with kiddos. Please be considerate of others staying in your hotel. Playing soccer at 10, 11, 12 at night and 6, 7, 8, in the morning is not considerate. Choose Kind!

Bed seemed unmade or unfinished Lobby closes at 10P and I wanted to play a game of pool around 11P ...Was my one reason for deciding on this particular hotel. Bed could be a little less firm The bagels and English muffins were tasteless and we noticed why when the staff started rebagging the muffins and bagels that had been out all morning, assumingly to use the next day...This seems... unsanitary and has exposed them to air for God knows how long. It's gross... The eggs taste like powdered. Our floor smelled like Cannabis

Loved the overall look . Beautiful rooms and hotel. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good .

I didn’t like that we had a bunch of kids above us , they stoked and ran and slammed doors till 2 am and then we’re back at it at 6 am in the morning . Could hear their yelling as well. Breakfast was good but I didn’t like that the toaster oven was just one setting , I like lighter toasted bagels and it came out slightly burnt .

Everything the staff just everything means my husband coming back soon we just love y’all the room was very nice it’s like I was at home I didn’t want to leave I just love everything about it glad I went with yall

There was nonthing I didn’t like everthing was good I did hate that I couldn’t go swimming but I will next time I y’all make me feel like home

the breakfast options could be more accommodating and versatile, not always vegetarian or vegan friendly. if so, options are small and get dull after many nights.

I loved the g amd pool along with the bright color, cleanliness, the awe shampoos, and body wash scents! The breakfast was a good so setup as well.

Late night front staff was a little short with me, but she was also dealing with a couple rude young women and men. People walking around with their icons in speaker phone was annoying, but that is not the hotel's fault.

I like the fact that the place looks and feels new, so I stay there whenever I need to visit the area. Breakfast is usually reasonable. They also have a pool, but I am not sure how they handle it during COVID.

I once had a problem checking in at 4 am. The receptionist told me that they are running system update, so she could not check me in (and I already paid for it). So, I had to wait for an hour in the lobby to get my room key at 4 am! That was not fun.

That other people on the same floor was loud and disrespectful all during the day. Making a lot of noise.

We stayed here on an out of town job as a family and had another room for our employee and we all had a great stay! Everything was clean and the staff was very kind & resourceful! Their system was down when we stayed so we had to pay cash upon arrival for our pre booked room, and weren’t able to have a key made for our room because of that. With that issue, we couldn’t go anywhere without asking front desk to be chauffeured around, which wasn’t anyones fault- but they were super apologetic with the situation, although we were the ones who felt bad to ask to be taken here or there! They handled that difficult situation very well in our opinion as were very good to us! We loved the modern feel of the property, everything was neat and nice! Breakfast was good and a good variety of options. Beds were comfortable and we loved the large shower! They also had slightly quilted TP unlike most hotels having the tissue paper thin type. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, it was our first stay & we’re glad we chose Tru.

The one single thing I could think of is that the coffee wasn’t hot in the lobby during breakfast & there weren’t flavored creamer options, just the basics- powdered/liquid plain cream, or sugar/Splenda.

Easy check in & check out. Place was pretty new & modern feel. Breakfast was not bad for a continental breakfast, they had eggs, pancakes, other stuff too. Sadly didn't check out the pool, but it looked average & clean. The rooms were very open layout & surprisingly lots of open storage area if you have a lot of luggage you can store it under the beds.

The place was about 95% cleaned. Little details in the bathrooms could have used a bit more TLC.
