Exceptional location and would be even better in the summer. Overlooks GT Bay West and is on the edge of downtown TC. It is a very nicely appointed hotel that I would stay again at if I had the choice.

I wished they dispense with the valet parking ($15/night extra) and allowed guests to self park. I appreciate the service but it appears that parking was under the hotel and it would have been very convenient to self-park. Also, the bay view rooms have a nice view of the bay (of course) but W Grandview Parkway is busy and there wasn't a great amount of noise insulation on the windows. If this bothers you (it didn't bother us) you have been pre-warned. Finally, we found the beds to not be super comfortable but this will also be an individual assessment.

Cons: 1. Only basic cable with HBO (for the price, there should be smart TVs with streaming services available). 2. The only parking available is Valet ($15/day) or meter street parking. Valet parking should be included in overall price of stay, not an additional charge. 4. For the high cost, a free continental breakfast should be included (yogurt, granola, fruit, pastry, coffee). 3. My entire floor smelled like “weed” for one day. There should be small “No Smoking” placards in every room.

I loved the location. We were able to walk anywhere. I loved the hotel itself and the bar, it was a super nice and clean room. The bar was nice and the front desk clerk was amazing when we checked in.

The bartender, steven, was an absolute jerk. Tried to ask him questions about the town and where to go. He was super short, never smiled and acted like we were bothering him by talking to him. When I asked if he had a problem, he said he doesn't drink so he doesn't know answers to our questions. All we were asking him was where he suggested we go after we ate. Also, the road noise was quite loud and for the price you pay for the room there should definitely be a fridge in the room.

Comfy beds. Spacious room/bathroom. Amazing shower!!! Very friendly staff. Valet parking is quick (about 90seconds to retrieve your vehicle or things from your vehicle) we brought our bikes and rode all around town from the hotel. The bike path is across the street

The hotel is On the opposite side of a busy road than the bay. There is a loose manhole cover you can hear every car hit. And the road is all around bumpy and loud. Not really the hotels fault.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel ! The shower I think is just so cool :) I also love the view if you have a lake view! It’s absolutely beautiful

My only complaint this time was our alarm in the room went off at 5:59 am ! One of the biggest things I was excited for was to SLEEP IN and there was no going back to sleep after that :( I know It was just a mistake but I was very disappointed I couldn’t sleep in !

Everything was great - excellent team, location, service, bars, etc...

Tv didn't work in first room we got so moved to another room. But not a huge deal and they got us moved within a couple hours of arrival after maintenance couldn't fix it.

The view was amazing, the hotel staff were fantastic, professional and extremely friendly.

Lightning in the bathroom- needs to be brighter. Traffic woke us up at 5 am- maybe some sound proof windows on the lake view side. Bathroom door - barn style - doesn’t allow for privacy- looks great though.

We got this room for an exceptional price. Had a bay view room and it was beautiful and comfortable. The location was amazing. We were able to walk all around town and then back to the hotel. The rooftop bar was wonderful. I loved the whole ambiance. We ate dinner up there from the downstairs restaurant. Food was wonderful as were the drinks.

It my have been me overlooking it on the website, but wasn’t a fan of the valet only parking. That was an extra cost of course. The bay view room we had was wonderful, however being on that side you could hear traffic noise. Although as the evening went on the traffic did slow down and not as many big trucks. I would love to stay at this property again, if i could find another great deal on rates. Was definitely out my normal price range. But a really nice place.

Excellent location with unbeatable views of the lake, especially from the rooftop bar. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was extra spacious. Right off of the main street in the town, making it easy to hop in and go for some shopping and dining.

Parking was valet only and there was no street parking in the immediate area.

Very Clean Property, stayed two nights but never asked if needed additional towels coffee ect. for my room

Road Noise was terrible for rooms facing the bay. Can't turn the fan on low to help cancel noise. Felt like I since I used a third party booking don't have same options as booking directly with property
