Fairfield Inn & Suites Traverse City

The dining room was attractive and free coffee was okay. Our room was quite nice with a great TV.

Hot breakfast options were not very good. Steamed in packages, the contents were moist and slimy for some, bland for others. The scones seemed stale and not very tasty. The muffins, bagels, cereals etc., all pretty typical. The room card key often didn't work and the side door entrance key reader did not work. That was frustrating.

Nicely appointed, very clean, friendly staff, has a small laundry room which was awesome & breakfast included.

The property was still in covid protocol, so if you were expecting to have your bed made or towels replenished, that did not happen. You had to bring your towels down to the front desk for an exchange. Likewise all warm food was in plastic packaging. However everything was presented in a clean environment.

You have a great breakfast at this location, items were fresh, plentiful and even had my favorite cereal. Plenty of seating and comfortable area to eat in. Staff was attentive to the food and made sure it was clean.

Perhaps fresh waffles, although you had waffles in a steamed bag they just seemed to be a bit like rubber.

Desk Clerk Jane was GREAT! Warm, friendly, professional. And Jim in Maintenance quickly took care of a little drain issue in the vanity. Great Staff. The management keep the property very well maintained.

Not used to double beds. Mush prefer Queen or King. But that is my preference. the doubles were comfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was better than anticipated. Property was well maintained and felt very secure.

Only negative I could account for was their hot tub was out of service in the pool area, but we were informed of that during check-in. It didn't affect my stay at all, just know that might be a downside for some.

The fact that the rooms always smell fresh and clean. And always friendly staff.

I liked the breakfast, there were a lot of choices to pick from. I also liked the fact that there was a pool and hot tub.

I think that the swimming pool could be a little bit warmer. Also, there should be a bigger sign out front by the entrance because it is easy to miss the driveway.

The location got everything you want right around you. From food to shopping and even gas.

Being on the bottom floor. The people on the second floor were very loud, just them walking sounded like a heard of elephants.

Lots of kids running the halls at night. Not the hotels issue but annoying

the property was fine but tricky to find after dark. shower was great with lots of water pressure

breakfast was disappointing. the selection was limited and prepackaged.
