The person checking is in and out we equally cordial, professional, and modest. The facility is in excellent condition - fresh paint, will maintained, will lot, parking right in front of our door. The room was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and bedclothes, so clean, fresh and plush, there was anything you could want it need ,- coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, TV, two comfortable chairs with a desk, and even a recycling bucket. Everything clean, well kept, and ample for our needs. Great value too! We will return.

Can't think of anything except if they would ever vend sandwiches or snacks.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice. We knew this was a cheaper hotel and got what we expected for our stay. As I said, I did expect this, walking around bare foot in our room after a shower the bottom of our feet were black that we needed to wipe them before we out our socks on. Again, as a value hotel I did expect that. Over all it was a comfortable stay for what we needed.

The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms

Very convenient for Traverse City Airport with a fuel station round the corner, super handy for returning the car rental. This property had an outside pool, which if I’d been staying longer I would definitely have used. A nice pool to sit beside & catch some sunshine while waiting for check in. The accommodation was spacious and clean - all that was required. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

An airport shuttle service was missing .

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, they gave us extra towels upon request. NO breakfast available. Staff was pleasant Even thought the room was small, I took down the ironing board to use for a place to put our bathroom thing on

Door lock needs to be repaired, a lot of space around the whole door. You had to use the security lock. the bold lock was not lined up when you shut the door, please fix For the price we paid they should have had a breakfast room.

The location is the Best and very commutable. The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The price is cheap as compared to other hotels.

The Wi-Fi range was very Poor and hardly connected to the network. They need to put more Wifi Range Extender. There is no breakfast except the Coffee.

Drinkable coffee 24/7.Clean, fully functional rooms. All staff were friendly and helpful. Travelodge RECYCLES plastic, paper, aluminum and glass. Location next to airport, diner, gedunk and legal rec. cannibus.

Parking lot is a bit cramped. Noise level (car traffic) can be tiresome. Beds in two rooms were too soft for my taste.

property outside was clean. hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. coffee bar in lobby was nice. glad there was a hot tub & pool.

hotel itself on the outside is a little older and could use a little more cleaning but it wasn’t bad. just a little tlc. there was sediment in the bottom of the hot tub. the curtains inside the rooms should be a little closer to the windows…even pulled someone can still see in the sides right into the room.

Great location near the water and downtown areas. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained.

The room was quite small, although it has clearly been remodeled recently and was very nicely appointed. In a waterside tourist town, you’re paying for location, not luxurious rooms.

Good location away from the hustle but close enough to everything. was very clean and the staff was amazing to help out when our softball team was there. they made sure everyone was always taken care of. they even went out of there way to find a alternate way to get a hold of me who was not registered with the team because one of our girls forgot there wallet. again amazing staff and nice place to stay.

Proximity to downtown Traverse but not in the middle of the busy area. Free parking is always a plus, a nuissance at most hotels. Comfortable bed and clean room, and staff were great.

Certain smell as soon as you enter the room (maybe proximity to smoking area outside). No breakfast aside from coffee at the main office, but already have coffee in the room so wasn't necessary to use.
