It’s in a great area. Right off the beach. I had a balcony partial view and it was pretty good. Wasn’t bad at all. Check in was fast and easy. They have a lounge attached so you can get food and drinks. They have a boat rental place in walking distance, you can rent jet skis, pontoons, and much more. The rooms are updated and not too small. The beach was my favorite! They have very comfortable lounge chair along the property, it’s very pretty! I would definitely go back there.

The elevator was a nice size but ran very slow. Also it’s an indoor pool, so it was very hot and stuffy in there and the chlorine was burning my eyes.

The staff at Parkshore are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were very clean. They have a wonderful fun little bar restaurant that has a great happy hour and has really good food. Our waitress Liz in the bar was fabulous. She gave very good service and such a fun personality. The beach is beautiful and so nice to have that right outside the hotel. The pool and hot tub were also really fun and clean. The location is excellent, very close to downtown and only a short drive to many of the area wineries. This was our 2nd stay at Parkshore and I would highly recommend it.

Nice location. Great water view 3rd floor balcony. Bathroom nice. Beach was awesome! People that cleaned your room very helpful in getting you things you asked for..

Four people staying in a room should get four wash clothes and four towels each day. Not two wash clothes and four towels. Always had to ask for more wash clothes. Pool dirty. Not enough ventilation, chlorine smell strong. Front desk not enough help and not professional at all. Carpet in room looked clean, but very dirty! Left your feet/socks black.

First room we were in nothing was connected so we were moved to another room. Staff was excellent when husband went down and asked questions about TV and fridge. The gal working said here is another room for you, right across the hall. The one problem we had was breakfast. We had to be to the airport by 7 and breakfast was not served until 8. There was toast and a couple other things so we did get a little. The restaurant was excellent food and so enjoyed it. Met a couple from Canada who were so friendly, enjoyed our time talking with them. The waitress was great and helpful. We would stay again as closest to airport and enjoyed the staff..

Having to change rooms after we were settled, but glad the option was available.

The room was phenomenal A big shout-out to Colleen she was very helpful with our reservation she went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing...to Dee , Colleen and the staff at Parkshore Resort our experience was fantastic and we will be coming back whenever we find ourselves back up in the area great place and wonderful people couldn't be happier

The view was great. We had a balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. We didn't know at booking but the views from the side would also have been nice and saved us a little money. The hotel provides beach towels, which was a nice bonus so we didn't have to use our own.

The room felt small at times for our family of four, but we knew what we were getting into when we booked. It was wonderful that the pool was indoors but the water was cold at times.

Great view, large room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made this hotel way better. We told one lady it was our anniversary and he gave us an upgrade to a beachside room. It was very sweet.

The room needed to be cleaned better, we found a hair in the shower (before we used), cobwebs in the bedroom, and junk between the bed and wall on the floor. Limited seating at the indoor pool. One group basically took all of them up.

I needed to check in early to prepare for an interview and the front desk staff called the housekeeping staff right away and they got the room ready and called me back quickly. It was so nice to have them go above and beyond even though I was asking for something they weren't required to provide.

Very minor...we would've loved to eat dinner on site that evening but they don't serve dinner on Wednesday evening. Not a big deal at all and it is the beginning of the off season so very understandable.

right on the beach, very nice lounge with food and great happy hour prices, I knew the first night it was good because the locals were eating and drinking in the lounge ,not just the hotel guests, it was very busy and friendly, staff very good in lounge as well as all hotel, the front desk lady was very nice and seemed like she was running the whole place, we will return

nothing , except whoever installed the shower doors did it incorrectly, you could break your fingers when sliding the doors open or closing, so that’s all I can complain about, they should readjust them, nothing to stop me from coming back. we were in room 330 with partial view of water,beach and that was true , just partial but ok, all other rooms were booked.

The bar tenders, wait staff are the tops of the crop. The desk people were on the ball too. Especially the night manager. Had a small issue with the safe in the room and he promptly came up, took a look at it , went back to the desk and changed our room for us so we had a safe that worked with no issues whatsoever. Cleaning staff was nice. They always said hello or how is your stay going when you walked past them. They all should get a raise.
