Knights Inn Traverse City

We were delighted to learn that breakfast was included and the choices were fresh and offered nice variety and quality products. The lobby is pleasant place to sit, and has coffee and tea available. Nice size pool, very clean, surrounded by tables and chairs making it a great place to spend time. Staff were charming to talk with and very helpful in providing any needed items. Large rooms, quality beds and pillows.

We could have used more light in the room. The charging sockets in the alarm clock weren't functional, and some sockets in the room didn't work, but there were still sufficient outlets left to charge devices. The inroom kurig type coffee inserts provided didn't go with coffee machine, which needed soft coffee pods.

The front lobby workers were very nice. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfy. The price was a great deal. The free coffee in room was great too and the continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately because they were booked solid and short staffed, we could not get into our room when we arrived. We ran out to dinner and it was ready when we returned. No worries--totally understandable in today's world of labor shortages.

Front desk person was phenomenal, engaging, cooperative, helpful (even offered to help me w/my bag upstairs). Only issue, the fan is so strong on the AC that you can feel it on the other side of the room. Had to develop some sort of a strategy so that it didn't blow on me all night.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, I don't have long black hair and I found two. Not mine!

The room was clean and the location was just off the main road and within driving distance of all attractions. The staff was very nice. It's a basic room which was what we were looking for. Perfect for a weekend as we were gone during the day and only slept in the room.

Bathtub was a bit worn out but it was clean. The beds were a bit hard. I felt the price was a little high for the accommodations however it was less expensive than many other options nearby.

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely equipped. The staff at the front desk was super nice and gave us recommendations what to do while in Traverse City. The inn is only 5 minutes from Downtown TC by car. I recommend the Omlette Shoppe on E Front St for a nice brunch, which is also walkable from the Inn. We went there for my boyfriends birthday. The outside of the Inn is nicely decorated with pretty flowers and feels very well put together and homey.

No complaints at all!

Awesome value and very affordable. Facilities are kept clean and employees are friendly and willing to help. Coffee is made all day along with complimentary breakfast in the office building in the mornings.

No smoking (tobacco or marijuana) in the outdoor corridors, which is understandable. Lighting inside the unit was dim with only a couple lamps, but there are lights directly above the vanity desk.

Comfortable accommodation with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Offers free parking and pool facilities. The breakfast is excellent, and coffee is available throughout the day. The location is convenient, and the reception staff is extremely friendly.

An occasional room service could further enhance the experience.

Access directly from room to parking lot, which tamps down noisy hallway conversations and clomping.

Tight parking lot. There are two separate buildings and one is better than the other - i found out on my second stay. Thursday night room price was $65. Friday. ugh t the price for the same room jumped to $199. it’s a tourist town.

Clean room; we got upgraded because we were given a room that people were already in (and yes, we did have the key and go into said room); breakfast with various options; comfortable bed; quiet; parking

Hotel staff gave us a room that people were already in, which should not have happened. But they upgraded us to a larger room which was nice. Pricey for what you get (but that's just Traverse City in the summer)

Very clean and nice big room. Staff was very nice, and we appreciated that they called us within a few minutes of us getting in the room to make sure everything was to our liking. No other hotels have ever done that, and it was a nice touch. Loved the porch railing flower boxes too, very pretty!
