Room With a View -- Exceptional! Bed was very comfortable! Staff was very accommodating! Stay was shortened to just 3 nights & was not charged for the change.... Even received Upgraded Room for our special occasion weekend. (33rd Anniversary!)

Learned -- after two nights -- that housekeeping services were only available "after 4th night stays" -- or some such -- which was pretty disappointing (@ nearly 200$/night!) & about which we had no idea... So had to ask for clean set of towels after 2 days. (Not impressed)

Location. Pool is huge. Facilities very nice

Out bathroom interesting. Tub shower with shower head at about 5’5”. 1 tiny shampoo, conditioner and lotion for 4 people for two-day stay. One bar of soap. For your sink and apparently bring it in the shower, too. For over $1000 for two nights- I expected a little more.

The breakfast at the attached Minerva's Restaurant was wonderful! The location and ease at which we were able to access the lake and the downtown area was amazing! We had our small dog with us so were on the pet floor. Our older dog (12 years) was calm and comfortable. I know there were other pet families on the floor but we didn't hear one other animal. The floor was very quiet and peaceful.

The only thing that was the least bit disappointing was the price we paid for the room in regards to the luxury of the room we stayed in. However, I did book last minute and had an animal with me, so there wasn't much else available as I was traveling with my pet.

This hotel was in a great location, right downtown and close to several great bars, restaurants, and shops but it was on a quiet street so we didn't have a lot of noise from traffic. Very close walk to the beach and the park as well and offered free parking, which was a huge plus for us! The staff were all excellent and our server from Minerva's restaurant remembered us the next morning and was so sweet and welcoming. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful!

Tiniest bathroom I've ever encountered. The toilet cover was loose and could have been repaired with a flat blade screwdriver. The height of the toilet base was fit for children but not for average adult. Didn't find any vending machines for snacks. Gift shop hours not set to sell evening snacks.

Park Place is 1-2 blocks from Front Street shopping and restaurants. Easy parking. Our room was West Wing, with view of Traverse Bay. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly check-in staff, housekeeping friendly. Pool area clean, hot tub hot!

Breakfast isn’t included here, we knew that ahead of time. If you stay in the West Wing, you have to walk thru lobby or second level crosswalk to get to pool/ hot tub. Our second time staying here, and knew this. Just advising those who may want to know ahead of time.

Pet friendly, so we were able to bring our puppy! Convenient location for visiting downtown. Quiet, especially considering we were in the pet friendly wing.

It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot wasn't cleared. The restaurant off the lobby was open for breakfast, but we stood in front of the "please wait to be seated" sign for several minutes and never saw anyone (customer or employee) so we ended up walking to a different restaurant.

Location in town. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was a comfortable overnight stay. Would have liked a hairdryer, and glass drinking glasses instead of paper/plastic. Not a major problem. The hotel restaurant is closed for, I imagine, repairs.

Restaurant and bar on premises. Hair dryer and glass glasses in the room. A magnifying morror for makeup would have been nice.

Restaurant was amazing!! Bummed we missed happy hour but our bike tour ran late, lol. But great staff and food.

Surprised at the room for the price. I get it’s all about location, but just a window on a parking lot was kind of depressing. And the lack of USB charger/ports.

The location was perfect for walking to downtown shops, restaurants and breweries. The customer service was top notch. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and all throughout our stay.

There were 4 of us sharing a room with 2 queen beds. It was a bit tight, but we still had fun.
