Great facilities and amenities. Location was great, right in the water and a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown center.

The outside pool had a sign that said that no kids were allowed after 5 pm, which was a great selling point for my wife and I. Unfortunately it wasn’t respected by guests or enforced by staff. Staff clearly saw kids splashing and playing loudly (as kids so, no issue with that) but never enforced what the sign said; very disappointing. Also, the service outside near the bar was poor. We sat out there for lunch and rarely got checked on. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. The above won’t be enough to keep us away, but never the less, it was disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, its amenities and food were wonderful and the location is great for accessing all the area attractions and tourist locations. Nice it has its own beach too. Loved the interior design of the public spaces. Unique and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and free, which is nice. Artisan is a lovely restaurant and we really enjoyed our meals. We also went out on the Nauti-Cat which was a lot of fun. Great Sunsets too!

The room was a little basic but comfortable and did the job. I'm not sure I would say I didn't like the room, just that it seemed a little less impactful than the rest of the hotel. Plain Jane when the lobby, restaurant and pool was more upscale.

The pools are great. Both indoor and outdoor were open. The temp for both were good too except the hot tub was a little too hot. The sauna was under construction though and the gym was open but we didn’t use it. The overall location is amazing and convenient. We watched the sunset on multiple nights from the outdoor bar area. We ate breakfast one day at the bistro and it was pretty good. The restaurant isn’t open yet but it really wasn’t an issue for us since we ate outside every night. My son had the time of his life after being stuck inside for so long because of covid. I saw staff checking on the towels and cleaning around the hotel. One man come into the indoor pool and did some test of the water there. The bathrooms we used were also cleanly kept.

The bathroom in the old rooms were a bit nasty and old but honestly we barely spent time in our room. For a shower each night and occasional use was fine. However, if you plan to spend some time in the room I’d suggest getting the newer remodeled bathrooms.

Our weekend stay here was fantastic! The rooms, views, and facilities were all great. My friend and I especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and the restaurant, the Artisan. Highly recommend a dinner (or two!) at the Artisan. It's on the pricier side but worth it for a nice, delicious dinner out. You will definitely be treated well there too, from when you walk in to when you finish. Overall, staff at the Delamar were really kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly.

We had breakfast at the Artisan too and it was yummy. The only feedback I'd give though is to increase the portion size of the avocado toast to better match the portion sizes of the other items on the menu. At present, the avocado toast is overpriced for what you receive (a single slice of toast).

Wonderful location and amenities. Lively environment for the summer. Room, bar and restaurant areas were very nice. Didn’t make it to the pool but liked the setup and layout of everything. Appreciated the transportation available to get to and from downtown Traverse.

Location was perfect , wonderful included breakfast, we were only here two nights. But staff was just awesome. Our flight was delayed so we missed the rental car and had to go back in the morning. The hotel was great about getting us both directions and communicating along the way. Lovely stay

The property is a great location. Both of their pools are great! We got the adjoining rooms this time, which was very important for my family.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn’t working - had to switch rooms twice. Finally on the last room the air worked. We were not compensated for the inconvenience (because we booked through a third party). All rooms, regardless of whether they have been upgraded to the resort level, cost the same.

Nice for a breakfast BUT scrambled eggs that tasted like powdered eggs. Should have at least waffles or pancakes. For extended stays breakfast very redundant.

Great staff, good room, good location, great facilities (like all the water options, tours and such, right there), nice pools, nice sunset, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Someone dumped a bottle of shampoo in the jacuzzi the previous day, so the bubbles weren't running. They drained the jacuzzi, filled in, and remnants of the shampoo were still there, so they were still working on that. It may be fixed by now. That was the only issue.

The location was excellent, the property was wonderful especially with both an indoor AND outdoor pool. Bike rentals and boat excursions were offered onsite and we made use of both and had a great time. We changed our travel plans at the last minute and made our booking only an hour or so before arrival. It was initially for only one night but we ended up staying four nights!
