It's been awhile since our last visit, quite the surprise to see big changes such as new paint and carpet, excellent lighting all around, you can smell the clean!! Staff is always helpful and friendly, this is our favorite "getaway" to rest and relax no matter the path we travel, near or far!! The rooms are spotless, beds are absolutely comfortable and everything works well, the HOT WATER was on point and it's alot quieter than what we remember. :) Great job 9/10 we'd DEFINITELY recommend!!

Biscuits, no gravy? :(

I travel a lot for work; I got home after being away for a week and a half, at 8PM, and my power was out. It was too late to contact the city, and still had about 5 hours worth of work I needed to do, so booked a room here. I originally booked this stay on a third-party site, despite having several thousand points with Wyndham I could have used. The hotel did not receive my reservation, (they said the next day when I was checking out it came through that morning) and the staff was very helpful with me canceling the third party booking and rebooking through the Wyndham app. Lastly, this hotel is very comfortable. It's been recently remodeled and is a lot cleaner and nicer than several Ramadas I've stayed at.

Honestly the only thing I would recommend would be if they had those desk lamps where you can plug your devices in, but that's minor.

Good breakfast and good service.

Two lamps in the room weren't plugged in ...not enough light. Not enough light is one of our complaints. I don't like to pay $15 pet charge for my pomeranian who is very well behaved and does not shed or make a mess and is very quiet. He weighs 4 lbs.

Very friendly. The desk staff gave us great suggestions for meals along with directions. Her recommendation was very delicious and we bragged about the awesome food for days!! It was just as advertised. Very soft bedding set. Very quiet. Very easy to find.

My key cards wouldn't work, so I had to have the cards reactivated.

I had reserved 4 rooms, only 3 showed up on the hotels end. After 2 days, it got resolved and I got a 4th room. So, always call hotel to confirm your reservation!!

Our king suite had a slight wet dog odor, I used an odor control spray I had along to freshen the room. Housekeeping may want to use a carpet freshener to use if prior customer had animals with them.

It was clean. It was comfy. The staff was super nice and friendly. It was affordable. Waffle and biscuit and gravy breakfast. Pet friendly. Free wifi. I would stay there again. :)

I wish pets were free but had to pay $10 per night.

The staff was great. The manager was awesome. It was clean. Cozy arm chair in the room. Good breakfast.

Not a mask in sight so I had to sanitize the room before I could use it.
