noisy during the night

Honestly this was an incredible stay, I can't fault it really. It had everything we needed and more, everything was new and modern. Decor is beautiful, facilities were perfect. I've travelled a decent amount in all different accommodation types and I feel like it had all the social opportunities you find in a hostel and all the comfort from a hotel. Quality stay!

The only thing about it is that it's very far from the centre of town. I understand they have a branch in the centre but of course you'll have to pay more for it. That's my only fault. Ubers are available and walking is an option.

Moxy was great! Awesome lounge/bar to hang out in. We traveled to visit friends for my birthday and we didn’t even feel the need to leave the property once we got there. Room was perfect size for the two of us staying overnight. Bathroom was clean and well stocked and shower pressure/temp was perfect. Upon check in they do give you a free drink chip per person staying with you and when I said we were visiting for my bday they gave me an extra one! Drinks at the bar are made well, a little on the strong side, but since they range from $8-12 a drink, I’d rather have it strong! There isn’t a free breakfast, but the food they sold in the AM was worth the price. They do have internet TV available where you can log into your netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube, etc. I think showtime was available for free with your stay and cable of course. Although I didn’t use the gym, it is open 24 hours and you use your hotel key to enter, so no needing to get a different key from the front desk. They do hold a $100 + $20 per night charge for incidentals that I was not previously told about, but I had it back within a couple days. All-in-all, I would stay here again during future visits to see our friends!

I've been raving to people about the hotel and how great it is since my arrival. I was blown away by everything. It will definitely be my place to stay whenever I'm in Minneapolis from now on. Thank you for everything.

I wish I could think of something that didn't wow me. Hotter water for the shower, perhaps. But I'm just nitpicking, it was fine.

good location and staff were very helpful and friendly which is what I liked about the place and why u would return.

I’m not a fan of wood floors with zero carpeting especially since there is no room service on most occasions unless you specifically request it before 10. The bed was also basic.

The location was good. The bed was very comfortable though. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice. The lobby area was very neat. Getting a free chip for a drink was nice too.

The room was VERY tiny. Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bed sat really low to the ground which I did not like. The wand that connects to the shower would not turn on which sucked. (I don't like to get my hair wet when showering, so this was hard).

I thought that the location of the Moxy was great. It was located next to many different restaurants, convenience stores, and so close to the lake. There was a mishap with the room I booked, but the staff was super accommodating and resolved the issue immediately. The bartenders were super friendly, and their lounge had a lot of different activities to keep guests entertained.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge & microwave in the room. The quality of the shampoo/conditioner could have been better, and the shower doesn't really have a door.

location was fantastic. several fun things to do on location, as well as close to others in the neighborhood. Quick, unquestioning fix by staff when room was found to be unclean. room was quiet even located just above activities.

would have loved a descent working desk in the room. lacked a breakfast, and lacked coffee supplies and maker in room. sliding door into bathroom wouldn't stay closed.

Aaron at the front desk gave us all the information we needed at check in. Atmosphere is very chill. Me and my boyfriend were out and about most of our trip but it’s the perfect place to come back and rest.

We had a brief, small issue. It involved getting into the parking lot across street from the hotel. It was solved in short order.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The bed was so comforable! The temperature in the room was excellent. Very progressive, up to date furnishing/decor. Happy hour bar, games, seating in lobby! Quiet room...clean....slept like a baby!!!
