Room was clean, staff had great communication. We had stayed for about 5 days and we wanted to have house keeping come in, Due to staffing shortages ( which is all over the place and I don't think them at all) they were unsure if they would eb able to get to our room that day as we had left late when I asked for house keeping, They made sure to come to our room anyway and had everything nice and clean! they put in the effort and the staff has great communication - they has a texting service which you are able to text about for house keeping or additional questions they are also a very safe hotel, they have main doors one on the side, which at first I thought would be open and closing for whomever as its a automatic sliding door but you have to have a keycard in order to open it and that made me feel very safe.

The bathroom was a little tiny and had some aging but nothing to bad, the only thing that really bothered us was if we wanted to use the vending machines they were never re stocked and wouldn't take any coins. it made it a little hard but not the end of the world.

The breakfast and breakfast area were great! Being right next to Denny’s was a plus for when we arrived, we could easily walk over and get dinner.

The way the standard rooms are set up the bathrooms are in the back of the room, not the front so you can hear the people in the hallway like they are in your room. At 2am a group of people must have gotten in and they were talking LOUDLY in the hallway. It was enough to wake us up and be so disruptive we could go back to sleep until we heard their door close. Not the hotel’s fault, but just something you may experience.

The hotel is in a good location. we were there on a business trip and it was close to the venue we were performing. It’s about 20 minutes from Mall of America. The room was nice and clean, however, the door to the bathroom was not working properly, the latch on the bottom was broken making it difficult to close/open, we did not address it to mgmt since it wasn’t a biggie for us. Breakfast was good, served same food each day, it is a good idea to vary. If you are staying more than 2 days most likely you will get tired of it. There is a Denny’s diner next to hotel.

Our room had a weird musty smell. There was no vent in our bathroom. No pool.

Lake view, private parking, duel elevators and entrances, very inviting and fun atmosphere, necessity shop, all mounted tv’s, nice room layout and plenty of counter space and good TV channels

sliding door was missing the guide so it was swinging, the tub enclosure didn’t have a built in handle and the tub was very slippery, I was afraid of falling but nothing to grab, the shower handle was so hard I thought I was going to break it. Also the tub was wobbly and creaking as if it was not set properly

My room had all the amenities I needed, plenty of space, and didn't feel or look dirty at all. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and parking was easy. The towels were surprisingly soft!

Property does not respond to messages through booking.com, but this wasn't a serious problem. Mattress was a little more broken-in than I'd like, with a bit of a "peak" in the middle I kept rolling down from, but I slept fine and didn't wake up with any discomfort from it.

it’s smells clean, the rooms were clean and if anything was wrong they came promptly to address any issue.. the door lock was a issue on this room visit,

the door wasn’t secure made it difficult to leave and feel like stuff was safe

The room was clean and met my expectations in every way. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and offered a wide range of selections from Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Home Fries and Pancakes, as well as bakery goods, cereals and drinks. The 'pantry' had several items for sale including soft drinks and different types of food. It also had personal hygiene items as well. The room had a coffee maker (which I didn't use), a microwave (which I did use), a small fridge (also used) and an ironing board and iron (also used). WiFi was reliable my week long stay. Water pressure was never an issue. Water temp changing was never an issue either. I had to do work in the room during the day between site visits and the hotel was quiet... and housekeeping checked in on me and provided anything I needed without disturbing my day. I was greeted by EVERY staff member pleasantly. Plenty of parking and easy access to the highway.

My only issue, and it is SMALL.. but if you are in a room next to someone who has a voice that carries, you'll notice... but, it is a hotel, and that happens in almost EVERY hotel out there.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel since Covid! Room was small, but just fine for 2 people. If you need handicap, be sure to request it. Bathroom door is very narrow in a regular room. Bed was firm, pillows so-so. Old building but they has updated nicely!

Replace the pillows.

I like the books left in each room that help teach you about Jesus Christ and how friendly the staff are.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, facility and rooms are very clean, rooms are super quiet. Fan on heat source has an "always on" feature for white noise (helpful for the light sleepers!).

Only frustration was lack of grab bars in shower and a slippery tub floor.
