Breakfast was good and fresh all the way until 9:30 am. The food was yummy and a nice variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly, as if we were old friends. We were upgraded to a coast view room, because of key issues. The room was clean and spacious with a very nice view. overall I was pleased.

The only complaints that I would have, would concern the fridge in our room, and the swimming pool. The fridge was plugged into an outlet that looked unsafe, so we pulled it out of the cabinet and plugged it into another outlet. The pool water was green and not very clean, but still useable.

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. We would stay here again. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice, and clean. The rate we paid was a little more than I would normally pay on the tail end of a vacation, but the location was great. The breakfast set up was very nice. Lots of options.

Just a suggestion, but when you tell guests as they check in about your wonderful breakfasts (that you have made to order pancakes, and a cappuccino machine) you probably should tell them that you have to ask for them. There was no cappuccino machine in the breakfast area, and no sign of a pancake station either. There was no sign telling guests they were available or reminder to “ask” for them. I told them at check out, and was told that you have to ask. I missed out.

Our room was quite lovely with THE BEST view of the beach and water. It was well maintained and provisions there were more than adequate. Furniture was comfy and the experience was pleasant. Breakfast was WONDERFUL and the view from either the deck or inside for breakfast was so very pleasant. The Popsicle Express (phone for popsicle delivery) was the cutest addition to a beach property experience. We will definitely return to The Inn....

What didn't we like? The red-haired desk clerk. She lacks people skills. Our wait for check-in was lengthy so that she could visit with both the customer ahead of us and one on the phone. Interesting that she did not visit with us AT ALL. She did not bid us a good day on our farewell; she was too busy folding something. Her information about the surrounding area was incorrect and we went on a wild goose chase because of her.

beautiful views, the staff was fantastic, and accommodating. they left us a bottle of champagne, glasses, and party headwear with a horn. we will most definitely stay here again. I plan to suggest my family stay here when they visit as well. the breakfast was delicious! the potatoes were perfectly seasoned and the fresh made orange juice machine was insanely cool to watch. the staff put up a background and balloons for guests to take pictures on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

the maid service was hit or miss with when they cleaned, but they were always kind and very accommodating. to their credit, we had the do not disturb sign out every morning. they cleaned and changed the sheets the first day. they gave us any towels we asked for and made sure to ask if we needed anything else.

Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices for Breakfast for everything from cereal to yogurt and fresh eggs and biscuits and gravy. They even make made to order pancakes if asked. There's a fresh squeezed orange juice machine. And a beautiful beachfront view and patio available if you want to eat outside by the pool. I love the daily fresh baked cookies.

I hate the toilet paper. And the fact that it rained one of the days.

The breakfast was the greatest! Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing. The staff that prepared it made sure we had enough and worked hard to please everyone. The maid service took care of us just as well. Always had fresh towels when needed. The bed was comfy and loved the little extras, soaps ,toothpaste, shave cream. Was treated better than some 5 Star hotels.

Only one day the seating in dining area was full, but it was alright. We made adjustments and it was alright. Miss not having a microwave in the room.

Outstanding breakfast that was unexpectedly complimentary. A proper breakfast for all to start your day off. It beats any of the brand-name hotels x 10. Over the years, we have been disappointed with breakfast at Holiday Inn, Hampton, Marriott, Best Western, Comfort, Doubletree, Travelodge, and many more. The freshly baked cookies were a treat and the poolside popsicles. The view, rooms, and beds were perfect. All topped off with a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome.

everything was amazing! the staff and the ladys that cook breakfast its phenomenal!! i will forever stay here anytime we come back.i loved getting up and eating outside with the view of the ocean. i do wonder why either the motel or someone has'nt put beach chairs or at least some one put a beach chair rental company in long beach? That would of been nice instead of driving down to biloxi to rent them. Is this not allowed in long beach?

We are very pleased with the whole experience. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and the breakfast is exceptional. We went there when it was the Holiday Inn Express for many years and are more than delighted with all the changes under the New Management. We'll be back!

It's always about money. Would I like it to be less expensive? YES! But in all fairness, it's competitively priced. So, it is what it is. But, I would definitely like it to be cheaper with no loss of amenities. We'll be back!

After booking I received a text saying they were my assistant with the hotel. If I had any questions, just ask. The night of my stay, I couldn't sleep worried about my truck being open. I texted the hotel and they went and checked the car. Informed me everything was perfect. The breakfast was incredible. The cooks are so friendly. I loved this hotel. The beach was quite nice. The kids loved the pool. Room was really big with an amazing view. (617)
