Location size of the room and price

The staff, they had us walk back to the office because they didn’t activate the key. We paid $45 for late check out and they locked us out our room. They was very rude and told us if we need another key we need to bring ourself back to the office and we shouldn’t have to do that cause we paid for late check out. He told us that he wasn’t going to give us another key unless we walk all the way to the office on a hot day where it was over 90 I told him I was going to call corporate office and he said go ahead.room was a little dirty with food on the floor and spears of poopy hands on bathroom walls by the toilet

The room set up was just great. I had 2, 14 year old girls who loved the upstairs, especially with a full bath. The breakfast was good. I liked the kitchen even though I didn't use it. If I were to stay longer I'm sure I would cook something up. Just all around a good place to stay, very comfortable.

The main thing I didn't like was the fact I was only able to stay 1 night. The noise from the I64 traffic is a bit annoying when you're outside, but you can't here it inside.

The room was spacious enough to not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was perfect for our needs.

There was a very loud noise at 7am that startled us awake and continued for 20 or so minutes. It happened a few more times during the stay. I believe it may have been maintenance power washing, but in general we could hear quite a bit of outside noise. (We were on the ground floor and right on a corner so it likely was more due to the specific room.

Very spacious for a family of 4. Liked that there was a separate bedroom upstairs with another bath.

The room needed alittle TLC. They need to deep clean and do some minor maintenance. The wall containers in the shower were all empty. Didn’t mind that so much cause I always bring my own but take them down if you can’t afford to fill them.

Breakfast was ok. Grab and go! Muffin, granola bar, water and coffee if you wanted. Understanding with the pandemic. Staff was excellent. Facilities was great. Will recommend and stay again. This tome for some days. Thanks again!

Nothing! Will come back during the summer months to enjoy the rest of the property. During our stay there was a weather alert. Elliott made its way. Beautiful snow!

Friendly staff, as always! Worth the money. My family and I lived in this place for 8 weeks in August/September 2019. It was a very pleasant stay for so many reasons. So, every time family or friends are coming over from other countries or states, we recommend this place. Especially when you are with a family.

Everything about our stay was fabulous, From Friday through Sunday. We had the 2br 2b suite & it was perfect. Location is great, wasn't noisy, plenty of lighting, the suite was super huge! Comes with a nice kitchen with everything you need. Plus a dishwasher ☺️ One thing that could be upgraded is assigned parking for guests that are actually staying there, it was no fun having to park up front & have to walk all the way around to the back where our suite was. Other than that no complaints plus the kids loved it as well!!! Definitely will be back 😀

Great rooms, comfortable and clean. Good location. Easy access to restaurants, shops and everywhere in that area. Also very easy to access the highway to St Louis if needed. Friendly staff

No breakfast available. Nice to have the little breakfast bags, but it was the same thing every single day for almost 10 days. Just a bit of variety would help. Everything else was very good. Thanks!

The location is good. Having my own kitchen in the room is nice.

The rooms needs a bit more to the kitchen. There wasn't much available in the room to cook with. One pan, one pot and no cooking sheets. We had to stop at the office area multiple time to ask for items . Ended up having to go to the store just to be able to cook in the oven.

Breakfast is prepackaged for quick departures. Room was clean, the kitchen cleaned though the refrigerator was showing its age. All appliances worked. The swimming pool was nice, but small. Front desk staff was helpful.
