We loved it that we were able to go to the grocery store and cook our own food there with the full size stove oven and refrigerator microwave. However we only have one frying pan and one large pot so we have to deal quit making our food with limited supplies

Heating system was strange it would get hot and then it get cold and it was blowing and was blowing right on our face all night long on the bed as well as the walls seem very thin as we heard everybody upstairs bouncing around and having a big conversation otherwise everything was great

beds are comfy- rooms were clean and cool when we got in, which is nice in a heat advisory! every staff member was above and beyond helpful and extremely friendly!!!! we talked to a lady on the phone that helped clear some confusion, the night desk clerk was inviting and welcoming, night janitor popped up a crib for us with no complaints, and the day desk clerk helped our crew out with breakfast confusion. all we’re excellent and friendly! we love the privacy of individual bedrooms that could accommodate larger groups. the pool is outdoor and nice.

our pull out couch didn’t have any bedding anywhere and it was late so we didn’t want to contact the front desk (I’m sure they would’ve been happy to get us more, it was just terribly inconvenient). breakfast isn’t hot and continental- it’s a mystery bag grab and go; just wish it was listed that way on the website when we were booking. one of our toilet seats was broken; there wasn’t enough trash bags or dishwasher tabs for our entire stay. there was a coffee maker in the room- but only one package of decaf coffee. again, just little inconvenient things because we didn’t want to continually contact the front desk as we needed things. they should be available in the rooms for the amount of the stay.

Amanda at checkin was so kind and a great help. Sonesta is a wonderful option for families or small groups as there suites offer two bedrooms within the room. Even has a small kitchen. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit snug. You sacrifice roominess to have two bedrooms and a kitchen which is understandable. The rooms could be updated. Certain things (like the couch) were pretty worn and even had some damage. The sizable security deposit that Sonesta holds until checkout is a bummer. Its not a big enough deal to stop me from staying in the future but I imagine it would be a deal break for some.

Everything exceeded my expectation. This is a great place to stay for a family who wishes to cook their own food or entertain friends etc. Everything about this hotel is well thought out. The price was reasonable, the hotel was comfortable and in a quiet area. It is close to everything including the airport. It was a home away from home. We had two separate bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a closet among others. It ended up a better place to stay than the regular hotel for around the same price. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the size of the room and the location was nice. We had the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom which was perfect for us. We used the pool and the basketball court as well. If you needed they also had a picnic area. It was the fastest checking we have ever had and we called to let them know we checked out.

Full kitchen with separate bedroom

No housecleaning during stay. Had to take dirty towels to lobby and then get cleans towels to take back to the room. Dumpsters were located behind the facility, but many people just left their trash outside of their doors instead of taking it to the dumpsters.

When I checked I. They had no record of my reservation. Apparently someone at booking.com or Sonesta cancelled my reservation on 11/1. He did find the cancelled reservation and re entered it at the same rate. Not a happy experience

There were no paper or plastic cups or plates anywhere to be found. No hair dryer either. A few plastic cups might be nice. Breakfast was not served as they are still doing sack breakfasts. Night staff when I checked in was a little rude. Tv did not work in bedroom. Long silent night.

Sonesta is our go to when staying in the area. Really enjoy the separate bedroom and sitting room.

I would like to see more linen in the room. There are only 2 of each: rag, hand towel & bath towel. There is no towels or rags in the kitchen so you have to use one from the bath. Also, I have long hair so it would be nice to see an additional towel for drying it.

I liked everything about the room. It is very clean, big and cozy. The kitchen is perfect. The room has a lot of drawers and cubords to store things. The shower is great with good flow of water. I jighly recommand it.

I can't find anything I did not like. In my vew it is a perfect hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We liked that the bedroom was separated from the living space. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area was just the right size.

Not really anything to complain about.
