We stayed here because my son was in ICU at Mercy Creve Coeur and we live in Texas. Our plan was to get a good night’s sleep and then eat breakfast and go back to the hospital. At 5:30 am my son’s surgery was moved up to 7:00 am so we had to go quickly. Everything was perfect except I wish you had a breakfast to go container for us.

I just wish we could have gotten a to go container for breakfast. We Chose Drury Inn specifically because of the awesome breakfast. I understand that people could use a to go container to take advantage of you but it would have been nice and made our morning better.

We were affected by the power outages this week and were having a really stressful time. I always know I can count on Drury and had faith that our family would not only be comfortable and well taken care of but we would also have a good time. When I saw a familiar face at the front desk when Anthony checked us in, I knew I had made the right choice. Now my family knows they can count on Drury as well. They did not disappoint! We stayed the whole weekend and had the best staycation ever!

My family and I have stay at ALOT of Hotels and this one is now going to be our go too!!! (we travel 3 hours to dr in st Louis so we are in town a lot!)The price was reasonable the bed and pillows were great! The pillows I can’t get over tho! The best ever 🤣🤣🤣 the shower was awesome!!! It doesn’t have all the “high class” stuff but honestly the “high class” hotels that cost a ton more they aren’t always clean or have amazing bed and pillows!! AND let’s not forget about there breakfast!!!!! So I’m not kidding you!!! At other hotels you would pay 10-20$ for what they serve you! Guess what!?? It came with the price of your stay!!!! It was a nice buffet!! The food was nice and warm and so good!! My kids are the pickiest eaters and there was something for everyone!!! Thanks for making our stay amazing!!!

The pool was down due to maintenance. Witch is completely understandable! We will still be back even if there wasn’t a pool lol

We stayed on a Saturday night and I forgot how popular the Drury Inn is with youth sports teams attending weekend tournaments. This meant that public areas (pool, lounge area, etc.) were a bit noisier and busier than we like-our younger grandchildren were not able to enjoy the pool as much as they normally would have. But having been on the other side of that some years back, I can't really be upset with anyone. So not really a negative, just a personal observation.

The breakfast was above par for the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. It’s fresh and high quality. It’s not a gourmet breakfast, but you not be disappointed eating breakfast in the hotel to save a meal somewhere else. They also do a nightly “kickback” which means food and free drinks in the lobby each night. I was a little bit disappointed that the food was good because I was looking for a reason to eat somewhere else! But the food was pretty good, again it won’t win any awards but it certainly leaves no room for complaints. This location does have an attached apple bees as well. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The rooms were large which was nice because we had a toddler sleeping in a pack n play. Overall the experience was great.

Based on the description of the room we expected a separate living area in our room. It wasn’t a big problem because we didn’t really spend much time awake after the baby was sleeping, but having an extra separate wall is nice to allow for time for him to sleep while we can watch TV Or do something else.

The breakfast was wonderful. The selection was great. Hot food was kept hot. The service area was kept stocked and clean. All staff was welcoming and very friendly. Although we did not partake of the evening buffet selection or the alochol it was a very nice touch that separates this hotel from others. We will plan to enjoy the evening offerings the next time we stay with you.

The CO2 in the soda machine was broken so no soda founation was available during our stay. The staff offered cold cans of soda in place of the fountaion so no one went without.

The stat was wondering. The staff was professional and accommodating and went over and above to make us feel welcome.

The only thing I wish was different is for more than pork options for lunch and supper. Many people don't or can't eat pork so offering another meat options would make the meals accommodating for all guests. (Chicken, Turkey, Beef sausage and hotdogs would be great alternatives)

The entire staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to ask how I was doing, quickly answered any questions!

I would suggest upgrading the bathrooms. The toilet should eventually be replaced with the raised toilets. More and more seniors need that. And, while in the bathroom, maybe consider upgrading the shower. But everything was clean and worked.

The staff was amazing, the complimentary amenities and meals were fantastic. I had 6 children with me, so I was worried that we would upset people with the noise that comes with 6 children, but that was not the case at all. It is VERY family oriented there.

One room had a weird smell, literally the ONLY issue I can think of.

This was a very clean comfortable environment with a great location and friendly staff. I love everything about this hotel chain they offer wonderful happy hour and breakfast and breakfast as well as a nice pool and worldpool. It was within 20 minutes of downtown Saint Louis and very comfortable.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about this place I would highly recommend it. The breakfast and happy hour times were very well attended and they even offered drinks.
