DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis at Westport

The breakfast was very good and fresh but over-priced at $18.95 per person. We bought our breakfasts on booking.com and got a better deal than that. The beds were comfy. The king room has a refrigerator and a safe in it. The bathroom is roomy and clean. The towels were fluffy.

The pool was cold and didn't look very clean. Our room was next to the elevator and made low rumble sounds all evening while people used them. They were out of cookies when we arrived also. Also, we ate dinner in the lounge but it was uncomfortable in the seating arrangements.

The bartender made good strong drinks! The staff was really nice and accomidating.

Pictures are misleading. Lobby area is nice but the rooms are outdated and the pool was dirty and the hot tub wasn't working. The walls are super thin and you could hear peoples conversations from down the hall.

The Hotel was clean an comfortable an I got some Good Rest. Breakfast was good Servers where Great

Well Considering I'm disabled I wish there was more convenience for Handicap Accommodations.. my Key didn't work outside the pool area when I tryed to enter from outside door.... There was no room service either due to Handicap.,.,.. an no dinner in the Dining area only at the Bar

It is indeed a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and I love the fact that it's extra secure because you have to use your room key to even use the elevator. So we felt more secure being from outta town.

It was advertised as having a view. It wasn't a view I spent time driving there on the highway and once in the room my view consisted of the highway and the parking lot. Which I didn't want to see.

It could have been a hot breakfast despite COVID-19. The breakfast was cold cereal , Danishes, fruit and yogurt. There was no microwave in the quest room. We had to stand in and open downstairs lobby and wait our time in line behind multiple people sharing one microwave and no one was able to stand 6 feet apart. A big inconvenience and placing all guest at risk for COVID

I didn't like not not having a microwave in my room with a family of 4. I did request one it was brought up but just the hassle of it. I didn't like we had blown bulb and water leak in the bathroom. Maintenance did come up and change the bulb we just place towels consistently on the floor for the leak. I also did not like it was a complete handicap unit and none of the four of us had a disability or need for that manner of a room. It could have been give to someone that needed and meet those accomodations.

Nice location and facilities.

Breakfast hours are less than we were told. Staff member stated they have other jobs and have to close a little early.

I was a little disappointed they didn't have a laundry room. We were needing a dryer for some soccer clothes

The staff was very nice. I booked a handicap room and mistakenly got a regular room. The staff quickly straighten out the situation. Will gladly stay there again.

I liked the location the most, their bar was popping, and the breakfast was awesome.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They followed safe Covid practices to ensure our safety. There was still an option to order food from their bar kitchen.

Room was a little small.
