Jill, the bartender was exceptional! The cleaner in the morning around breakfast was absolute a pleasure to be around. She kept the place very clean! Facility was very clean and well kept even during construction. Great and safe neighborhood to stay with children.
Patricia at the front desk could have had a better attitude. She was not very friendly when dealing with her.

The location was in a nice part of town.
First ,I didn't like that the hotel was under construction and they just let people walk right through where they should have had it covered up. Second I booked this online so checking in should've taken all but a couple minutes. It took at least 10 minutes and we were trying to hurry

Quiet neighborhood yet central location with easy access city activities. Secure entry to/from parking garage. Nice exercise space and pool was super clean which was nice. Warm variety for breakfast and large eating area. Overall very clean and felt safe for families!
No complaints really, other than they ran out of bacon on the second day! ha! It was SO good on day one!

The area that this hotel is in is very nice (Clayton); kind of a rich, upscale suburban neighborhood of St. Louis with a little downtown that has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool and workout room were great. Our room was spacious and had a nice sink area outside of the bathroom.
You have to pay for parking, which was unexpected - either $12/day for hotel parking or street meter parking that will only allow up to 2 hours at a time. The grab-n-go breakfast was mediocre. The bed sheet on the couch bed where my children slept had a small bloodstain on it!

I saw a van out front - is there a shuttle to the airport? If so I would have liked to been able to take advantage of it, but I didn't see any mention of it anywhere. Also, they seem short-staffed - the workers were super friendly and nice however.

in a quiet area of town good warm breakfast, garage parking was good they had two Tesla wall chargers so made it where we were able to garage while we stayed.
it’s a pet friendly hotel but didn’t have much of an area to take me dog I had to cross the busy road.

The staff was nice. The hotel was up to date. The bed was comfortable.
The desk clerk did not know where the ice machines were located. The parking is tight at best. I’m sick of cheap grab and go breakfast items. The couch cushions in our room were stained badly. We stayed on the third floor and it was super noisy above us. There was used soap and shampoo bottles in the shower when we got there.
