I loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. Maid was super helpful and attentive for room 311 during our stay. Wish I remembered her name to give her kudos. Also, in the breakfast area, DJ was such a hard working young man. He never stopped and would graciously help when needed! The room was clean and well appointed. They have free breakfast with many choices. If you are gluten intolerant they had oatmeal, fruit, sausage and eggs. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Easy off and on interstate. Oh wait, free dinner from 5:30-7:00 pm every night. I couldn’t believe they did this and stay in business. We got there after driving all day too tired to go out again, and then didn’t have too! Popcorn and drinks in the breakfast area all day. They really are going the extra mile for their guests!

Really nice light supper and snacks served at happy hour which was 530-7pm. 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult was nice also. Hotel is in a great location. It has a restaurant next door and The Galleria mall is visible from there. It was a short drive to Barnes Jewish hospital so this will be our new stop every 6 weeks. Kid friendly with a nice indooor/outdoor under the wall pool. Pretty nice breakfast.

Nothing to not like. The down part of our night was someone pulling the fire alarm and our 3 kid and my cancer patient husband were all asleep and we had to walk 6 flights of stairs down to evacuate. Like I said nothing on the hotel. They did their best to move us all back in as quickly as possible.

Breakfast far exceeded any hotel we have ever stayed in. We are in our early 60's. The food was amazing, lots of choices for all taste buds. The staff preparing and serving were very friendly and made sure the food never ran out. We arrived way earlier than check in time and we got our room. That was great!!

Access to Netflix on the TV would have been nice. Not that we watch a lot of TV but we do have some shows that we like to keep up on while traveling. Maybe a few more healthy choices on the meals would be nice.

The location is excellent for getting to the airport and the event we were in town for. The front desk staff was excellent and we called 3 different time requesting help and they were very responsive. The breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were nice. Their happy hour is great but we missed this one because we had an event.

I put some of the milk from the breakfast dispenser into my coffee and it curdled. I told a couple of people that it was bad, but no one seemed in a hurry to fix it.

We loved our stay in so many ways! Everything was incredibly clean, and we were able to adjust the temperature settings to our liking, so that we were comfortable very quickly. We LOVED the evening meal they included in the stay! It saved us time and money and had so many options. We also enjoyed breakfast, with everything being cooked in an appetizing way. We appreciated the easily accessible luggage carts, and kind employees. We had the perfect stay in almost every way!

We could not find any tissues in our room, and I was not a big fan of the body wash in the shower, but these are little things. I also would love it if there were liners in the trash cans, but that is a personal preference. This is nitpicky, really, this is a stellar place to stay!

As soon as you walk in this hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. I wish I would have got the ladies name at the front desk yesterday as she was just wonderful! So kind! She was informative about complimentary breakfast and let us know about the popcorn and soda they were having along with the drinks. The hotel was so clean. Our room was great. Spacious enough for one night. Bathroom itself was great.

The only thing I did not like was the pillows. My two friends and I woke up very uncomfortable and we all said it was the pillows.

The entire staff was super friendly from the front desk, room service and kitchen staff. This hotel was clean, the food was good and hot, the beds were extremely comfortable, my room was spacious and the location was perfect. Lots of shopping nearby including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, etc. If I ever visit St Louis area again I would certainly stay here.

There was nothing that I did not like at this hotel. It felt like home away from home.

Wonderful. We were really enjoy the happy hour session, free snacks and drinks with alcohol, food selection is over what i expected. Breakfast also excellent. All the staffs there are nice and work proactive which I appreciate. Room is clean and comfortable, the standard is better than a lots so called 4 star hotel.

Only one thing I hope it can be improved is the shower area is very slippery, i think the problem is on the material.

The breakfast was very good. I would like to see some whole grain options for toast or muffins. The location is perfect for our purposes - only about a mile to our son's home.

The site I used to book this stay stated that the pool was outdoor only, so I didn't even pack my bathing suit for an October visit. Turned out the pool is indoors.

Very nice hotel in great location close to shopping and public transit. Rooms are very well designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the bedroom in our one bedroom suite, allowing one person to sleep while the other(s) use the shower. Heavy doors between the rooms in the suite also attenuated any noise transmission. Excellent "evening reception", which we used as dinner three nights out of four. We particularly appreciated the real ceramic plates and metal cutlery, rather than the plastic disposables used in many places. Good maintenance, with no door squeaks, and the bathroom basin held water.
